Savour Chocolate & Patisserie School

Today my friend Sarah and I attended the level 1 chocolates and praline's course and it was FABULOUS! Kirsten is an amazing teacher and shared a wealth of knowledge. We learnt loads and left with a beautiful box of hand made chocolates. Thank you for a great day, we enjoyed the class immensely!

I have cancelled the subscription after one year just because I left the industry. They have stopped my monthly auto payment at the following month without any hustle. Very honest and decent school with excellent teacher

As a chef I’ve recommended this company to many of my staff. Having found out I had been charged for a years membership during lockdown that auto renewed without notification to my Email, I asked for an extension membership to reimburse some value for a product I had not used. I was told by the accounts team this was impossible and tuff luck refer to terms and conditions (on an evergreen product this felt really unreasonable) it is now in the hands of department of fair trading and ACCC since no one can provide me with the email that said I was to be charged. Such a shame a simple 3 month extension would have been great customer service and kept my referrals coming instead online accounts chose to trash the company reputation in 3 short emails. I’m not sure what “It’s a shame that a company with an evergreen product chooses to take money for nothing and not even come to a compromise of some type of credit. “ part of this did you miss when re reading the correspondence?

Excellent for both beginners and professionals. And for those of us who work alone and/or who are unable to get away from the laboratory to reach a class in another city or country it's a chance to stay connected and up to date with the latest techniques and products. Perhaps I'm biased being an Australian (living in France) when I make the next comment, as usual the Australian attention to the customer service is 100%, can't fault Kirsten and her team at Savour. Certainly an investment to make, your business and self-esteem will be better for it.

Definitely recommend the savour school for learning so many recipes with in depth knowledge. Lot of valuable information in each video.

As a beginner home cook and beginner pastry chef I want the my dishes to be the best quality that they can be at Savour School you can get just that. First of all their online classes are very entertaining and very professional and informative and to be honest the price that they charge you a year is so amazing I've seen plenty of online classes charging you over $300 dollars for just one online class and Savour Online classes offers you over 300+ classes for just just $99. Secondly before the pandemic I went into the store they had amazing friendly staff especially Tracy and Kirsten (the owner) all the staff had great knowledge of patisserie. Lastly the quality of their products are exceptional all of their products are really professional and high grade. Overall, I am very pleased with the experience that I've had with Savour I'm definitely going to buy all my patisserie needs from here. I recommend Savour School 100 percent.

My sister & I attended a Macaron class today with Paul Kennedy, not only is he a great bloke but a fantastic teacher! Thanks to all the ladies who helped us along the way, we now feel confident in making macarons! Could not reccomend Savour classes high enough! 10/10

Very educated teachers and are very inviting. Loved the classes I've done so far and looking forward to more in the future. Staying up to date with what's happening and recent techniques in the pastry world is key and the classes as Savour are an avenue to achieve that.

The classes are at a good price, and the guest chefs that they invite are so good, they have the best ingredients and instalations, they also are so kind and teach you well, I surely recommend it! They even have online classes! Thats amazing!

I have visited the store and they have a range of products for sale, I am also a member of the online classes which I can't recommend enough, so easy to follow with great recipes.

Loved the petite Gateux classes was so inspired signed up for online classes too. Catered for beginners and the yummy delights we got to take home were a hit with everyone
