My family and l have used Saville Row Prestige Dry Cleaners for many years now and we have found them to be professional, punctual and well priced. It’s great they have same day service and the yummy lollies at the register. Always greeted with a friendly smile and a good chat highly recommended!

Needed a suit pressed and dry cleaned quickly. It was ready the next morning and it looked great. Highly recommend these guys if you need a good job with quick turnaround.

I would not trust them with dog blankets. The owner has no concept of customer service or competence. Our goods damaged in the cleaning process were not to be returned. No responsibility taken for damage. The jacket taken for cleaning cost over $1500 and we requested special care. None taken. In attempting resolution we were accused of lying and subject to verbal and racist abuse. The arrogant and rude behaviour of the owner was of a sort I have only rarely experienced in any professional capacity in over thirty years of local and international business.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

NEVER! UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES TRUST THEM AND THEIR BS STORY ABOUT BEING THERE FOR 30 PLUS YEAR- “WE DONT
GIVE RECEIPTS FOR CLOTHING”. I HANDED IN A $600 PLUS SUIT AND NEVER RECEIVED IT BACK. IN FUTURE I WILL ALWAYS DISTRUST THEM AND NEXT TIME WILL GET A DOCKET AND BRING THE POLICE OUT FOR THE DRY CLEANERS. DONT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES TRUST THIS DRY CLEANER.

Damaged / destroyed the pearl buttons on my suit and failed to advise me of this on pick-up. When I noticed it and contacted them, they said they were aware of the damage but they considered it unavoidable.
I'd caution against visiting with your nice suits unless you're desperate to see your tailor.
