The Supply and Installation of a new Air Conditioner by Savage Air was Extremely Professional. I am very happy, they were on Time, Courteous, Efficient, the Installation is very neat and Tidy and everything is covered and Mounted beautifully inside and outside. It is great to have something done as quoted and advised in this day and age. The Staff advised me on every step of the Job as it was quoted and booked. The Owner also pops in to check it is going smoothly. I will use them again and cannot recommend them highly enough!

We have been on the building journey for over two years and therefore have dealt with a variety of tradespeople. Frankly in our experience, finding somebody who came on time, cleaned up after themselves and took responsibility for their work without a hundred calls and messages was a rarity. Amongst all of these, Savage Air stood out, almost alone, as a company that came on time, delivered on time and were highly responsive throughout the process. We booked them for the purchase and installation of multiple reverse cycle units and paid half to lock in the price. We then had to keep changing the date for the final installation because the build kept dragging on and after that, the concreting took even longer. We probably changed dates on them at least 6 times yet they accommodated us every single time. The final installation took place almost 9 months after it was initially planned and everything went smoothly barring the wireless controller for one unit. SavageAir sent a technician out as soon as they could to look at the unit and when they could not get it to work, they not only refunded us the money promptly but arranged a technician from Daikin to install a brand new controller for us.
Overall they were probably the only hassle-free tradespeople we have had the pleasure to work with. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Phoned Jonty regarding a problem with my evaporative cooler - discussed the option
of servicing the old (15 yrs) unit or installing anew unit. Jonty called into my home to look at the system and a replacement system was fitted two days later!
