No complaints! I came in with awful orange roots from another salon. The Satori team did an amazing job, my hair looks soo much better. The colour is now very well blended with my highlights. Beautiful salon, exceptional customer service unlike the salons I've experienced (no one is courteous nor has decent mannerism these days!) The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, I honestly felt relaxed. The girls were reassuring with what they could do and plus on time, they didn't make me sit around for ages. Props to their good time management skills. ;) This is definitely my go to hair salon from now on. I was thoroughly impressed. Thanks guys!

Sartori Hair is a lovely local salon and highly recommend their services. After lockdown and some ghastly box-dye attempts, I was nervous about returning to the hairdresser. Jess and Chanel have lovingly restored my hair with no judgement. Love the sustainability aspect of their service also. Thanks

Have been to this salon several times. Unfortunately I won’t be returning. Spoke to Megan (owner) on the phone. She was happy to revive feedback however I did not feel that my concerns were addressed.
I can appreciate that this is a business and you can price your services however you see fit. Prices should reflect the quality in which you bring. I feel that $330 for a full head of foils, Root smudge, Hair cut, No blowwave and a hair treatment (that was not requested or consented to) is extreme for a 4th apprentice to be charging. Unfortunately this is not the first time I have felt uncomfortable with pricing within this salon. My last visit was booked in as a 1/2 head of foils. A 3/4 head of foils was completed without my knowledge and was charged accordingly at the register leaving me with no choice but to pay for something I didn’t ask for.
Since my appointment I’ve had to go elsewhere and pay to have my cut fixed. It was meant to be a straight blunt cut. It is uneven/not straight and the ends have been hacked into with some pieces being many cms shorter than the rest.

I have been to many salons in & around Melbourne looking for a hairdresser that can create short haircuts, particularly a pixie style. I must tell you that Jess has been the best experience & i have finally found someone who is skilled & confident in cutting short hair. She listens to what you want, compliments your features & gives your hair that special look with all the little details that matter with short hair. If you are looking for a hairdresser who can do amazing short cuts that are modern, stylish & fun, Jess is the one!

I have been seeing Dani since I first moved to Melbourne, she always gets it right every time and I’ve never had more confidence and felt more comfortable with a hairdresser than with her! I’ve seen some of the other girls too and I cannot fault them either. Highly recommend and bonus is that the salon services are really well priced.
