I have been dealing with this guys and getting all my cars fixed at the shop for years, since Sam took over the shop, the service has been the best, easily a 5 star shop, alway go out of their way to make sure I am happy, from customers service, to a follow up call, I will highly recommend the shop.

Best place for car repair and panel beating. Very friendly staff and reasonalbe price. Highly recommend

Disgusting people. Stay away from this place. Went through hell just to get a RWC, the certificate was not even issued by the workshop. They outsource it and they'll find anything to charge you on top. Disgusting place can't even print a proper invoice. And using old photos to justify his actions. Sent me photos of problems that wasn't it even from my car.

Very poor customer service, took my car for a roadworthy certificate, been told it will be done in 5 hours, call them back around 2 been told it will be done by 4.30! 5 min till closing time got a call saying my car won't be done till the next day! Wasted a whole day waiting at my husband workplace! Very dodge place.wouldn't recommend it to anyone unless you want to be rip off! BTW the name online is different to the actual mechanic place.

Very good customer service, got all type of car models. One shop which will took care of all your rental need, was there for vacation and rented from here for month.

Worst Customer Service ever and too Expensive.
I Called them up on last Saturday 2nd October to Change the Left Side Wing Mirror of My Car and they Said Come in on Monday and they Can Fix it and I asked them how Much For It and they said that I have to come there.
So, I Decided to go there on Monday 04th October and When I Went there they Charged $250 to just CHANGE THE MIRROR.
What the HELL.
They are looting their own community People.
Will never ever come back and wouldn’t Recommend to anyone.

Pathetic service ever, they took 3 working days, just only to check the issue in my car. Also, these guys told me a quote initially and then over charged at the time of payment. Poorest customer service, would not recommend anybody to go this workshop. They will completely rip you off.

Absolutely the worst place to get any service done from this place. Ill-mannered mechanic named Mr. Kundan knows very well to mug you. Wont recommend anybody.

Booked in for a service and waited in front of a closed shop for 20 minutes. Nobody bothered to show up

While telling them I need service before completing what I was saying they shut me off and started tellling me they don’t do anything stupid!

My car was damaged in an accident, i took it to these guys unknowingly. Initially the approach was friendly and nice. These guys recommended a bodyshop mechanic. Took almost more than a month to fix it but they didnt fix it completely because they were unable to find the right spare parts and they charged me around $1800. I made multiple trips in order to fix but even it wasn’t fixed properly. The break lights weren’t working the way they were supposed to work. Both satguru motors and the company who they recommended did a very bad job. They didnt even provide me a receipt for the job inspite of me contacting them repeatedly.

Three months passed and once i was driving my car in the highway, and the front bumper got cracked and started rubbing against the road and fell off the car.

I went back to this guy again (Satguru motors) and told him the issue. Then he asked me to call the bodyshop guy (Aron) who did the job and end of the day he didnt pick my call and no response. Went back to Satguru motors and they said that they cant help me anymore. No refund nothing.

Finally i fixed my car with sheen repairs and spent around $1200 with original parts from the manufacturer.

Honestly if i had time, i would have taken these guys to the consumer affairs victoria. Please don’t loot people’s money and rip them off like this. Worst service ever. If you dont take care of your customers then you might not sustain well in your business.

Very very inexperienced mechanic.only have the level of changing oil or lights.if anything more then that to do, they have no idea how to do and make the problem more worse. Highly inexperienced mechanic and highly not recommend. Beware

Just finish servicing my Jazz, The mechanic was friendly and humble towards me, they has done an excellent job for my car, service and clean up the whole entire engine, The price was reasonable and their customer service was remarkable, Guys this is one of the best mechanics ever can be found and they have car for loan as well.my car now is smooth and brakes are awesome, I'm going there back again for my next major service for my both cars and i'll recommend this mechanics to my friends and acquaintance, guys if you have car wash that will be good in the future, FIRST TIME AND GOOD IMPRESSION, THANK YOU SO MUCH GUYS!

Took my bmw 320i to service here (30,000 major service). The work was very efficient and the staff was friendly. They were reasonably priced too. I would recommend these people to everyone.
