Very Very bad experience. How come these companies exist with lazy and un-supportive customer service.

Do not waste your time with this Chinese owned company. Was using them for over 2 years and now the good staff are leaving and the service is horrendous.

I used to receive great customer service from Perth directly but everything is handled from Melbourne which closes at 1pm WST.

The Perth staff I dealt with resigned and the Melbourne staff raised the price by 40% within a month and said there is nothing they can do about it. Just before Christmas that’s what everyone needs!

The writing is on the wall!

Very poor service.i paid for the 4mm -1.5 x 3 meters Alucomp panel online and later got an email that there is no stock available for that item. Now I should pay extra $38 to buy a larger panel and cut it to size i want and throw away the extras i don't need. According to my experience, this company will soon disappear.

Every order I've ever made online has been cancelled. Even when you go in the delivery times are long. Can get the same products shipped from a different state faster.

SAS signs are always on time.informative with awesome ideas (with things i had never thought of). The staffs were helpful and they were very professional on signage supplying too. I always find them when I am in need of any signage, cannot recommend them anymore.

Unbeatable price on customized created signages, plus the signages are done before the deadline and was delivered in good quality. I was informed regularly on progresses too. Highly recommedned

Very slow delivery times. Need to order at least a week in advance.
Other sheet suppliers can manage next day. Equates to POOR service.

Disappointed customer. Abruptly treated. Hung up on. I called to arrange to purchase a sheet of aluminium composit, ACM, was told they have them in stock. I specifically asked if its ok if i collect it at 4.30p. To 4.45pm because we are 1.5hrs away. They accepted. After an hour and a half driving and reached there at 4.40pm, they refused to help. They were not even acceptive to open the door for me. I tried talking to them to explain my frustration and the lady responded " not my problem " I even requested that they put it aside when i ordered so that it will be a quick pick and go. They said they dont have staff. SAS signage supplier group has let me down.

WARNING - I purchased 4 items from this company and they all failed, I had to refund my customer yet they refuse to refund me. Not only will they not refund me but they wont even speak to me, I get palmed off by the condescending customer service person and told the National Operations Manager will call me but she never does. They point blank refuse to accept responsibility for their shoddy product. I understand things go wrong but when they do you should rectify it, not hide. Now I have to go through small claims to get my money back.
