Warburton branch, Dec 2020, scheduled for first contact phone call. I rearrange work and wait for call. An hour after appointment time I call to ask why no one called. They don't know, take detail and advise someone will call.no one calls until March 2021.3 months they are getting paid for this yet never once even made contact. When I ask why no one called they imply I am lying. If I was lying I would have been cut off Centrelink. The woman literally lied about notes saying they had called. I offered stat dec and phone records. Nothing. Not even an apology. I advise that I am in the middle of approved TAFE course. TAFE course has been extended due to lockdown. Today (July 2021) I received a text indicating I have appointment. Less than 24 hours notice. Again I rearrange work. This is now costing me money. I look at the app. Apparently I missed appointment last week. They have my phone number, email address, physical address. Yet I have not received any information about the previous appointment and only today received text (from DHS not Sr) about tomorrow's appointment. If I missed it they cut my payment. Again they have 3 ways to contact me and again have not. This is without a doubt the biggest scam I have seen. In the 8 months I have been involved with the company they have contacted me once. 4 months after they missed my first interview and never followed up on my call back enquiry about it. Please contact me ASAP with your formal complaints and internal resolution process. They are so inept I suspect they could not catch covid if they tried.

I had great assistance from Amela, nothing was too much trouble and she is the kindest most supportive person and operating under really difficult work conditions during these Covid times. Highly recommended 5

I've been informed of Bianca's amazing, down to earth program that really helps people get back on your feet, and into employment. Bianca makes you feel very comfortable and valued, and thanks to her, I've seen a lot of people get back on their feet again.

Shannon is the first person that has taken the time to build a rapport with me through positive communication, has been transparent about my requirements as a client, what I need to improve and what services and support are available to me.

Shannon has referred me to a service and taken a collaborative approach with the clinician to provide even more support, I really can’t thank her enough. Unfortunately I have to put up a star but these unprofessional c u next Tuesday’s can’t even do there job properly, I strongly agree with Good ol JR have not got a job through these guys, all they are interested in is covering there arse and cutting you off. For anyone that reads this choose any other job provider than these sorry sack of slackers!

That's really bad to know that I have to be on Centrelink to apply a job with you guys! Job recruitment agencies should be there to help anyone and everyone looking for job, not just the "labeled ones"
