Signed up with Sarina Russo after having trouble getting work and being self managed for job active.
Had a great conversation and discussed a range for different options prior to the office being closed for the Christmas holidays.

I had my first phone consultation with my new case manager who was 2 hours late to call for the appointment which was pre made by them, and instead of being helpful the lady had absolutely no idea what they were doing, didn't introduce her self just asked what I wanted in those exact words. She clearly didn't care or offer any help in regards to looking for work, she basically just said that there is nothing they could do, not even asking any questions in relation to what I was looking for or offer help in regards to training.
I did tell her I had an interview for the next day totally disregard what I was saying. She later called back in the afternoon to say that there might be a position in another area and told me to go the next morning to hand in my resume but again disregard the fact I had another interview booked in.

It's good to know what the people working here really care about helping people in a time or need and offering help.
The pure fact that she said there's nothing I can help you with just made my day so much worse than it already was.
We really do love in a time where not giving a care about your job actually gets you a job and not doing what is required, where someone like myself who is willing to do what is nessary and put in the effort to gain skills and a career doesn't get a job. Go figure

Really disappointed and signed up with the wrong employment agency. Thanks Sarina Russo for making me believe you actually care and giving me false hope.

Broni was a fantastic case manager she was consistent, helpful, knowledgeable and had so much faith and positive words for myself. I recommend her highly as she is fantastic at her job and does it with a passion for her clients. Thank you Broni!

Just wanted to make special mention of Leanne at “Sarina Russo” Melton. Over the past 12-18 months I’ve been partnered with numerous different Job Search Organisation and have been partnered with numerous different Case Managers but I have never come across one like Leanne from Sarina Russo Melton. For Starters She’s Smiling when she gets you and from there the actual genuine care and support I got of her was something I’d never experienced with other Job Search Places. And not only that she goes well and truly over and above in her Role, well compared to who I‘ve unfortunately dealt with prior to partnering with Sarina Russo Melton. I can honestly say I actually enjoyed going into every appointment I had there because not once did I ever feel like
I was being judged. Instead I felt a sense of Worth not Worthless and that’s all comes down to how dedicated Leanne is and how much genuine care and compassion when she showed towards me!

The service of the sarina russo in melton office are really great to work with especially the professional assistance regardless who you are. I attended the office in Melton about a week or two ago to enquire about the services and if there was any assistance I could get as I was not eligible to receive government payments due to centrelinks silly policies. I’m simply a mum who is looking at getting back into the work force after many years of being out of work.

I met with a young lady whose name I think was Milly or Lily (I forgot I’m sorry) who provided me with so much information and even took the time to go over my resume with me.

She explained the legalities of why I would not be eligible (which is more than what centrelink did) and even provided me with a list of agencies that I should contact and register with and also some tips for my interviews.

Safe to say the information that Milly/Lily gave me in a space of 10 minutes was amazing as I scored 2 interviews in the first week and got a phone call today to confirm my new job starting next Monday!

This young lady did not need to take the time out to see me but I am extremely happy that she did.
