Most stuff are rude except some ppl I met here other than that don’t bother coming in here

Bronny at reception and Sabrina, a consultant, have poor phone manner and snarky attitudes towards clients and their well-being. I've seen another female consultant that was great but unfortunately I forgot her name. Mohammed is also extremely good. He's intelligent and courteous and actually took time to understand my situation. I really hope he can move on from this job as he deserves a much better role and workplace that is suitable and supportive of his broad skillset.

Generally, my experiences with JobActive providers are all poor and i've only ever secured employment on my own.

Liz has been a great consultant, communication was awesome. She was very understandable of my situation and was able to not only get me a job, but helped me fill out my paperwork and get me the right clothing and shoes for work, even when I couldn't afford it. Very grateful!

A+ Paul helped me organised new course to update my licence I was surprised how quickly everything was done Thank you

Constantly booking and moving appointments forward with less than 24 hours notice, and making appointments without even notifying me. Very unprofessional.

Very helpful and can answer all your questions. Very approachable team. Mohammad was helpful and knew the correct resources to point me in the right direction. Thank you

I had Mohammed for the first time on Weds. He is by far the most outstanding consultant there at Sunshine! He out of all that I've seen in the last 1.5 years has been the most knowledgeable and helping.

The last person during lockdown I was given, Sabrina is by far the worst person I've come across. Avoid her by all means!

Haven’t had any issues with sarina Russo until I called up on Friday at 4: 45pm (20/11/20). As soon as the receptionist picked up the phone, she SIGHED as I explained to her my situation and did not want to help at all. I understand that it is a Friday afternoon and everyone wants to go home, however the sigh and blunt responses were very unnecessary.

Nonetheless, have a great weekend

Very rude consultant does not give people the chance to talk or ask questions aggressive behaviour and cancel appointments without letting people know

Just want to shout out to my two fantastic and down to earth mentors for the NEIS workshop, Peter and Graeme. Although these two are not actually related they’re basically brothers with a genuine passion for educating, discussing life, business and imbuing a motivation for NewStart recipients to create they’re own futures. Can’t speak for the rest of the department but the NEIS program has been brought to life with these two amazing individuals. Very lucky to have them and this opportunity to begin with

If you are looking to start your own business and are looking for the best and down-to-earth, knowledgeable, practical and fun trainers - enquire within. Lovely and helpful staff there too - one of the better offices.
