My experience has been exceptional! They helped me find two excellent employees for my business and have provided a stellar service in doing so. The staff are fantastic, NEIS are fantastic and I even set one up on an apprenticeship. Everything handled with care and precision. Could not fault them at all.

Avoid at all costs. They deliberately keep you in their system so they can keep pocketing payments from the government. Then when you call to complain it's always "oh whoops we will get that fixed for you sorry again! " and then they keep trying to book you in for meetings, months after you have gained full time employment. I've been promised that they have fixed my account at least 5 times now, nothing has changed. Absolute scam. Also very sus that almost every 5 star review is the one and only review that person has posted. Clearly they are fake reviews

I’m not sure where I would be in my life right now if I hadn’t walked into the Fitzroy office and been so supportively surrounded by this incredible team of kind pure hearted people who have traveled a very challenging journey beside me to still be with me now as I walk and work as a strong confident assured woman they are and will be always the foundation of my future success.thank you Sarina Russo Team

Takes too long for them to do anything, 48 hours for a call-back when my payments could be suspended today.all because they'd been calling me on the wrong number to begin with.

I just signed up today with surina Russo and I spoke to darryl from Fitzroy office and he was a top gentleman easy to talk with and very understanding and when I briefed him on my whole situation he straight away found the right solution for me it honestly blew me away and I was so grateful for the help I need in the direction I am heading he is a really good people person of high standards I even asked if he was my consultant because I liked how he handled my situation with care and understanding and his understanding of visions he is wonderful man and a gentleman thankyou so Kinderly for that today and you have my 5 stars 10 if I could I am very grateful for everything

Your online account is useless. So many times trying to reset passwords/emails just to try and seek a job.and it still wont let me in!

I would like to express how extremely happy I have been in the service I have received from my absolutely fabulous consultant Karen. Her assistance, support and encouragement in the last 2 months has been so greatly appreciated and has enabled me to not loose faith in my self while looking for a new position.
Should you be lucky enough to work with and be supported by Karen in your journey looking for employment you will be truly blessed you will no longer be on your own you will have a true supportive and encouraging professional by your side. Only if I could give 10 stars. It's an amazing team who come across with knowledge and compassion at the same time. My consultant Monalisa is gem of a person someone who is proactive to put in applications and call employers for me straight away. I use to say that my age is a barrier and she said to me look at this way "you have years of experience" and there is definitely someone smart out there to appreciate:). I have started getting responses after a very long time and even went for few interviews (she did role plays with me to make me more confident). It's not long before I get the job and I can feel it. May there be more people like yourself out there to make this world more beautiful and give people that hope.you are my and I am sure of many.hope and sunshine *****

Just giving a review because I think people like you should be recognized and appreciated "Monalisa". I did not expect to meet someone first time and them to do so much and just go way beyond and arrange things and actually to be that knowledgeable. Met you first time in Jan and started with work in Feb!

The service of the sarina russo Fitzroy office is amazing. As soon you enter the office they treat you with big smile and respect. Monalisa and Rosa are awesome especially my consultant Monalisa who has guided me throughout and helped me get a job that I am doing for a while now. I would recommend this office to all out there looking for help in job hunting and want to be treated with respect and without judgement. You are the best "Monalisa" always keep smiling like you do. Six stars, after switching to a few different job agencies, this is the only one that actually cared & helped. They gave me all the assistance required to get the ball rolling and get my career together.

I was study, at TAFE “They say we will help you how you can get a job, and stop my study I just wanted sarina russo but when I stopped my study they didn’t give me any job and they didn’t help me‍?
Right now I lost my study and I don’t have any job ‍️‍️‍️‍️

Rosie the manager was extremely unprofessional and rude. She doesn’t respond to her calls or emails. Also the strong smell of cigarettes or tobacco is pungent you won’t know if you’re in a job agency or a pub hotel. Shameful.

Sadly I was waiting long time to see someone who made me an appointment.
I had an appointment at 10: 00 in the morning
I was there before 25 minutes ago, I was waiting waiting and waiting one Hour after that someone called me and said we don’t have time to

Rose helped me apply to a job in the morning and then ended up getting it the day after. She then helped me with application to start the job. Can't thank her enough and thing the whole crew is great!
