Sarina Russo Job Access

"Thank God" for Sarina Russo, my life saving angels. I've been through plenty of job agencies in my lifetime, but no agency comes close to these guys.

No matter who you are or how low you may feel in your pursuit for a job; Sarina Russo makes everybody feel important. They will hold your hand and wrap you up in cotton wool; encourage you, motivate you and will deliver on their promise on getting that right job for you. Even if you don't have petrol money, clothing, PPE or boots- they will supply it free of charge.

Quite simply as they say, "You're success is their success too. " And my testimony is simply that.

To Sarina Russo, words cannot express my gratitude and thankfulness. Thanks to you guys, I love my new job.

They have been good to me while I took time off from work. Emma is one of the consultant there and she helps me a lot with everything that needs to be done while I was with them. Overall I think they are one of the best place to go if your looking for work or study. The staff are always nice and polite. I would definitely go with them again if I have too in the future.

I have never had such heart to heart conversation with any other human being before, as always she really get everything what i said. Very bad for experience with Pearl Kaur. Did help or provide assistance finding jobs. Only getting rejections saying the job we applied are unsatisfactory. She treats herself as an accessor not someone helping others to find jobs. All she worries is being audited by Centrelink.

Through the year of November 2020 till May 2022 (COVID-19 crisis), this has brought me a great pleasure to provide my feedback to Emma Maiden as an employment consultant commitment at Sarina Russo in Werribee.

Emma has been amazing throughout the whole recruitment process by providing and supporting a number of suitable job opportunity searches, employment agency referrals, a short training course (Certificate III in Business Administration from Sarina Russo Institute) and another work arrangement (work cloths, petrol, etc.). I have never met such a professional and dedicated recruitment person. I cannot appreciate enough for you, Emma, as full support, for believing in me and for helping me start a new chapter of my professional pathway and motivation! Emma, you are brilliant at what you do.

This has been an absolute pleasure knowing you as Emma. You were very supportive, motivating and highly professional during our suitable job recruitment tasks and understanding a level of client (family) situations and employment recruitment. I have gained very valuable information and had such a valuable and expensive experiences throughout your process and consultation.

Been with this agency for a few years now and I've only been given 1 or 2 jobs if I'm lucky. Been offered petrol vouchers and to get PPE but have never received any of that. Some of the workers are nice but some do talk down to you.

Showed up at 8: 55am for my "face to face" appointment at 9am and after waiting at the door for them to open I recieved a message at 9: 10am "Please be advised your appointment for this week will be conducted over the phone". This is extremely annoying and inconvenient, I don't have my own transport so I had to get a mate to drive 30 minutes for me in 3 degrees cold for no reason.

After a painful and slow recovery from major heart surgery I attempted to re-enter the work force. I was struggling but Kat, Emily and Kara at Sarina Russo in Werribee were fantastic, patient and understanding yet eager to help me find a position that was within my physical means. I ended up in a position with wonderful people who are understanding of my situation that is within my skill-set that i still find enjoyable and challenging. I am forever thankful for the assistance that I received from the staff at Sarina Russo - Werribee who somehow managed to match me with perfect position.

They deserve more than 5 Star anyone who is giving them less than 5 Star you are definitely not looking for work because they are the only job network that actually help you get a job. Sunshine and Werribee Sarina well done.

I would like to thank all the staff at Werribee branch for all the help and guidance and for giving me the opportunity to enroll in the NEIS program. My first meeting with Peter Whitefield, who made me feel very comfortable and existed about the program. From day one to the end of the course Graeme Walker made everyone feel comfortable and made the course enjoyable. I was a bit lost at times but Graeme came to the rescue.
Bottom line is with the guidance of Peter and Graeme I know my business (S. W. A. T Maintenance) will grow and grow.

Over the past 12 weeks I have been dealing with Sarina Russo (Cheltenham office). I was feeling defeated as I had been made redundant just before Christmas 2018, however when I went into Sarina Russo my job councillor (David McGenniss) was positive and extremely helpful in assisting me. He made me feel like I was more than capable of finding a new job. Because of this positive energy and extra little kick backs I was able to find a great job.
Sarina Russo is very lucky to have both David and his assistant Avalon working in their Cheltenham office.
Once again thank you for all the extra help and advice, you are an asset to this company.

I would like to say thank you for believing in me enough to get me a job that I love and am thriving in. For the first time in my life I am providing for my daughter with hardwork and honesty. I know I mucked around with you but you did a great job. Adele thinks I have completely different attitude now.

I had a fantastic and empowering experience with the crew at Werribee Sarina Russo, namely Samarah and Sharna, who gave me great advice and coached me into finding a career in my desired industry. They have both continued to offer assistance, even after I had landed my job, which led to even greater success and fulfillment in my new job role. I thank them so much, in believing in me.

From my first day, Ms Emily did her best to help me and assisted me in everything that I needed to do. Was surprised when I get to transferred to Ms Kara as I was (and still am) really comfortable with Ms Emily since then. Little did I know, Ms Kara is very very kind hearted too and willing to do everything and exerting her efforts to help me find a job and very comforting too. Not only I am bringing my 2 thumbs up but my both hands are up to Ms Kara. Ms Lauren, Ms Samarah, Ms Fiona and Ms Sharna are all so so helpful too that even I am not their client, all of them, literally and by heart; their goodness, so amazing! I feel really blessed and if only their clients will know how hard they work to help us and give us the best service that they may give.

If only a client like me can give recognition to these awesome people; if only I am capable in doing so, I will surely grant them without any doubts.
