I dont normally go out of my way to write reviews but Nelson's incredible support had me compelled to do so. From our first over the phone meeting, he has been professional and passionate about helping in my job search, in the building of my resume and profile and making sure I had all the support and resources I needed. His holistic attitude ensured I had the best opportunity at finding employment. Extremely professional yet completely compassionate. I've been very lucky having Nelson in my corner. I wouldn’t even give these condescending rude power tripping people half a star. Completely abuse they’re power try to intimidate due to having authority over your Centrelink payments most of us rely on just for the bare essentials to live. Very unprofessional and down right lazy, don’t waste your time and actually go somewhere that will gain you employment or actually give a stuff. I honestly don’t know what these guys do all day, judging by reading the other (5 Star reviews) they’re obviously friends of the employees or 100% fake reviews. Quite pathetic to say the least. I sincerely hope this branch gets looked into or shutdown. AVOID

During the two years spent at Sarina Russo I was never set up with any job prospects, no interviews, no applications thrown my way and no help from the staff. Instead of helping me find a job or even help me better my CV, I was instead subjected to having to attend the usual pointless appointments that serve no purpose. Due to poor or cruel staff I would often be subject to my payments being cut off, work for the dole projects being forced upon me too early thus meaning I did them for months longer than normal or removed too early from them thus cutting off my payments for I didn't meet the standards. I would get to known the staff quite well because I had to help them undo the errors they had done which screwed me over, I actually spent time in the office with these people after hours fixing the problem. Each staff member that has come and gone have been terrible to the point in which I've had to help them undo the problems they had created, in a way I was actually the best consultant for myself. I do want to give a shout out to a staff member of Sarina Russo whom you should avoid at all costs, Bianca Malvaso is her name and she is without a doubt one of the most inhuman people I have met.
To give you an example of how inhuman, on one occasion I had to provide a death certificate to reschedule an appointment for a funeral and was told in the end that they won't accept it because the appointment was more important. The appointment was in fact a five minute sit down that was asking how my job search was which they could have done over the phone and checked on the computer.
The sheer contempt this place has for the people they are supposed to help is staggering and I would highly recommend staying away from this place.

I have been going there for a few months now there is no rainbow at the end of the tunnel no job has been found I am a Doctor by profession can't find work hence need to reskill myself and find work! They are of no sweet help at all!
