Amazing pies and sausage rolls and iced donuts. Staff are always very friendly. The sponge cakes are fantastic!

I've lived in reservoir all my life and never got a cake made from Sargent's but I just did for my 30th beside it looking phenomenal and bringing my inspiration to life, I got the raspberry swirl mud and seriously never tasted something so delicious! All my guests were requesting to take some home. I also want to say all the staff that work here are so lovely which makes the whole experience even better. Thank you Sargent's

Always top quality sweet (and a little of savoury) baked goods. This place is frequently busy, with people from near and not-so-near, coming to get their birthday cakes and cupcakes (one of our favourites). It seems what they don't have, is probably not worth having but there'll always be something that's hard to come by, which someone will expect in Sargent's inventory but not get (that's life). It's not only the variety but also the quality and it will be a very fussy person who turns their nose up at what's on offer. My wife's family has been visiting Sargent's for decades and it's consistently delivered the goods. The hard bit is trying not to over-indulge. Too many items to mention, so it's best to check it out, for yourself. JP

Sargent cakes do the best sponges- my go to order is the classic lamington. Bring it to your next event it’s a crowd pleaser

Ever feel the need for an old timey actual cream bun or similar? This is your place, however get in quick as they sell like hot pies; which are also delicious

Massive fan of Sargent’s cakes over the last 25 years have alway bought my pasties there but lately the pasties are no way as good as they have been over the years the taste is not there anymore and even look a touch smaller in size but will still support them and hope they continue to keep doing well with those delicious cakes

Do yourself a favour and try the apple dome.i wish I could have one every day of the week without becoming a human bowling ball haha. Customer service is A+ too.

I ordered a white chocolate and raspberry mud cake for my 60th birthday. After looking through their cake portfolio I decided on #147 which I think was called a bare drip cake. I had arranged with the local florist to bring up a small posy of roses (& greenery) which were put on top of the cake.
Oh my goodness - not only did the cake look amazing but it tasted delicious. So many compliments - so thank you Sargents

My favourite favourite favourite cake shop ever. Yummy pies (curry pie is my fav). Yummy sandwiches (especially the Turkey & cranberry). And OMG the cakes. The photo shows all my favs- (and yes I was sharing these with my family)

Their baked cheesecake and cookies with cream are amazing. The staff are extremely friendly too. Will go back to try more of their baked goodies.

I use to come here at least twice a week when I was growing up to grab either sausage rolls, donuts or cupcakes. Today a freind popped in and grabbed some goodies, safe to say still the best, beautiful pastry as I remembered! Do yourself a favour and pop in - beautiful, tasty food and such lovely people

We are so lucky to have Sargent’s Cakes as our local bakery in Reservoir. I’ve always been a fan of their pies and sweet treats.
I ordered my son’s birthday cake with his favourite character and was over the moon when I went to pick it up! It was so delicious and moist, everything you’d want in a cake! Thank you!

Sargent’s make amazing cakes at great prices. I will be using them for most birthday’s.
Their carrot cakes are delicious and only $5 for a whole cake.
