I went to buy my wedding clothes there, the lady Shalika is very helpful, kind and sweet. I was really satisfied with her service she provides to clients. I would definitely recommend people to go there without hesitation.

She is very helpful when it comes to choosing the saree to suit our body type and skin tone. She did a great job helping me to choose my own wedding saree. I also got some tips for my saree jacket design free of charge. Throughout the years i have sent many of my friends to her shop and they all praised her for her collection and good customer service. I have no problem recommending her to any friends or family members!

Shalika has a very bad attitude. She dosnt know about customer service at all. She orders those Sarees from sareeo website. It’s better to order Sarees directly from sareeo than ordering them through her. Price is still the same and we don’t have to waste our time to wait for ages till she reply back and answer phone calls.

Do not buy a saree from Shalika. I have never experienced such rude customer service ever! We ordered bridesmaid sarees, and was promised that it would come within one month. After two weeks I text Shalika and if everything is on track, she replies yes.

A few days after the scheduled arrival date of the sarees, I msged Shalika, she calls me back and is so rude to me. My mum had organised to collect the sarees two weeks later, but she yelled at my mum and hung up the phone. We had never said one bad thing about her or to her, just simply wanted to know where and when our sarees would arrive. She continued to yell and make excuses and even blamed us at one point. I even had to tell her to stop, and breathe, because she was just yelling and yelling and not making sense. She hung up the phone on me also.
I have never in my life experienced such horrendous customer service. It was utterly appalling.
