I went there twice, once for alchemy and once for piercing. The girls in the store were very gentle and friendly. Every time I entered the store, I felt very relaxed and happy. The piercer who performed the piercing on me was very skilled, and I applied it for 35 minutes in advance.emla, I almost didn’t feel anything during the piercing process. I had three piercings today and I love the effect. It’s worth the money. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Had an incredible experience getting my first cartilage piercings here earlier this month! I only wear gold jewellery and I was looking for a place that would pierce with 18-karat gold and I’m so glad I chose Sarah & Sebastian! I’m a very anxious person and a fainter; Tayla was so accommodating and kind, she thoroughly explained the whole process and answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease! It’s almost been a month and my piercings are healing so well, I highly recommend Tayla and the team here!

Such an incredible experience! I had three piercings done and a downsize. Tayla talked me through the whole process and her experience and advice was both so appreciated and valued. I felt really calm throughout it all and her excitement about the piercings and jewellery I was getting and future possibilities made such a difference for me. Couldn’t recommend the service, staff and jewellery there any more highly!

Had 2 x piercings with the lovely Tayla - fabulous technique, barely any pain or redness afterwards. Very welcoming, explained the entire process in detail, and was able to recommend the best type of earrings for my piercings. Highly recommend Tayla for your next piercing. Will definitely be back again.

Came from overseas to Melb CBD store for my 2nd time piercing with ear alchemy. Scheduled on Sunday, had my piercing done with Tayla. The staff were nice but not as friendly as I expected to be (in the beginning) and compared to the last year team (February 2022).
After few conversations with Tayla pre piercing process, she warms up a bit and i become comfortable with great convo. The piercing process went great, Tayla is knowledgeable and less painful. Their Jewelry design and quality are always great.

Yes I recommend ear alchemy for piercing, and do book in advance to avoid disappointment (for walk in piercing).

Buyer be aware that their soldered bracelets are unfortunately neither permanent or of acceptable quality. My “permanent” bracelet broke after 3 months I went back and payed the charge to get it resoldered and a met 4 weeks later it broke again! For a bracelet that is $250 and as something that is advertised as permanent it didn’t last longer than a total of 4 months… not very permanent. I have been in contact with costumer service who are refusing a refund that as a part of the Australian Consumer Laws under multiple sections is my legal right. I would not go near this company or their pathetic “permanent” bracelets it’s truly just flushing money down the toilet! Save yourself there are plenty other companies that offer a similar service that I have no doubt are of better quality and better costumer service staff. Disgusting service

Don't waste your money on the jewellery my ears got infected and I spent over $500 for the piercing. Honestly please don't fall for the hype.
