4Mum has been here for a week and I only have positive things to say. Lovely rooms and staff are regular and very engaged. It's so comforting to visit mum each day and see the attention paid to her personal care, laundry and meals. Thank you to everyone at Bluecross Preston. We are so happy to have chosen you to care for our mum Rosa.
Absolutely exceptional aged care- very very few are as wonderfully staffed and caring towards their residents as BlueCross. BlueCross not only cares for their staff, they care for their residents to and pay very great attention to each resident to ensure all their needs are always met. This is the best Aged care out of 10 aged cares I’ve worked at.
The staff are lovely caring folk that look after the residents with kindness and compassion. The facilities are always clean and pleasant.
My grandparents both went into hilltop within the last year. We have been very happy with the care they have been given.in the last days of my grandmothers life they where also very caring and supportive of our family. They place is clean and well staffed and they organise lots of events and activities for the clients. My grandfather was sad to be leaving his garden behind and they made space for him in one of there courtyards to bring along some of his plant. If your looking for high quality care with a loverly warm atmosphere then deffinetly check out hilltop.
