Saphire Nails

This is the first time I have been to this nail salon and I had a very good experience. I had a pedicure and the lady did the best job. I like the small personalised salon. I will go there again.

First visit, Ty did a lovely job very good price but better still the work was great and great customer to chat with Thanks Jodie

Have had many good experiences in the past but wow have they gone down hill price and quality

I have been coming here for years and their prices have always been very competitive and the service is second to none. Very clean and all the staff are friendly.
Please note they have changed their name to 'Tips and Toes Nail Spa' but still the same great service.

Really upset have been going here for ages and since they upgraded the store the service has gone down, I have gotten an infection from sns and the filling and my sister has had her nail cracked after she said no filing in her real nail which they didn’t listen and now the nail is split in the middle and her sns nails have fallen off not even 2 days after getting them done, we also get pedicures occasionally and the shellac nail polish is very splotchy and messy and doesn’t last we have been customers for years and won’t be going back

Went here for the first time & do not regret it, very happy with how they turned out + friendly staff. Will be going back

Quality: so-so. I did sns and it's thick with not very smooth and tidy edges. Two hands finger nails are not the same size.
Also it'd be better if they could be more respectful to the customers.

This place is a hidden gem! I’m very picky about me nails and they did an amazing job. Attentive, professional, attention to detail and so lovely to deal with. The price is beyond great as well! All the reviews are right! I’m officially a loyal customer.

I've been going here since I was 16 years old I'm now 23. Whenever I need my nails done this is the only place I'll go, everywhere else just hasn't been as good quality.
The team always do their best to meet my expectations, even when I go in with a photo of a new trend I want to try they do their best to make it happen!

Friendly staff, good services and reasonably priced. Could use more colour options with the polish but otherwise a great nail salon. Will be back again.
