SAORI Premium Japanese Sauce

This is our second Japanese vegan cooking class with Saori. Her passion for good, real food is infectious! I always walk away feeling nourished and educated. Awesome Japanese Vegan Cooking Class and products! Saori is so lovely and welcoming and the food is delicious. Everything was easy to follow and healthy but full of flavour. A must do experience in the Dandenong ranges with a local maker! Thank you Saori for such a lovely time.

We came back from a holiday in Japan (in those times when international travel was available) and so missed the beautiful food. Fortunately we came across Saori at a market next to the Yarra River in Melbourne and sampled several of its products. Since then we have purchased many of the sauces and have cooked several of the provided recipes. Just delightful. Their website is fantastic and very supportive of my cooking. Totally recommended ps we WILL be returning to Japan when the time comes

I love these products and am so grateful to be able to source them.right here is Australia. We eat the Japanese Curry weekly as my two children who have spent some time in Japan tell me it takes them straight back there and is like a warm hug in a bowl. We first discovered the beautiful sauces at our local farmers market and then had to do a cooking course to learn more. Having travelled to Japan many times, it was like being back there with the amazing flavours, aromas and attention to detail. Saori truly captures all of this in everything she does.

The sauces are amazing and have become a regular staple in our kitchen. Combined with the recipes, we now regularly cook Japanese at home.

If you're lucky to meet Saori at market she is absolutely lovely and her talent and skill is evident.

I discovered Saori at a local market a year ago and as a passionate cook and a Father of a lovely girl who suffers from thyroid issues (Hashimoto's) and has a taste for great cooking, I was pleasantly surprised at the range of sauces available that could meet our challenging dietary requirements.
I would easily use Saori sauces several times a week either with our gluten free noodles or just to compliment yummy dumplings and with the different offerings we don't get bored with flavour.
I've recommended our local health store stock Saori in case I run out in a hurry but have taken to purchasing in bulk during the covid lockdowns

My family (especially my teenage son) love these products. We especially go to the local markets that sell these items. We stock up big so we do not run out.

I found Saori online and ordered several products that arrived super fast and extremely well packaged, I was very impressed. The quality of the products is first class and absolutely delicious, I highly recommend the Yuzu Tea, its got that incredible Yuzu flavour and is super easy to prepare! Will definitely be ordering again. Yum!

We love Saori’s Japanese curry mix. It is the only Japanese curry we eat because it is vegan, gluten free and no MSG. It is also quick and easy to make.

The curry powder is amazing, I eat so much Japanese curry now, and I love knowing that it is free from nasties such as MSG. Delivery of products has always been prompt and I have even received free recipes with my order! Tried the curry and used the citric and soy seasoning for salad. Both are amazing and refreshing, authentic Japanese taste with no msg or preservatives. Highly recommended

Saori is not only a really wonderful person but an amazing chef, her sauces are divine and I use them to cook just about everything! I cannot recommend her sauces highly enough and the confidence I gained in the kitchen through her cooking classes have made me an infinitely better cook.
