Santos Pizza

I made a order and got the wrong thing and they coudnt change it. What if im alrergic. Bad service.

I was at santos pizza yesterday. I saw the owner yelling at one of his workers. I wish I could leave a 0 star review but unfortunately I can't. This kid lost his job because of how impatient his boss was l. I definitely won't be coming back or recommending this place to my friends

I highly recommend santos pizza. Great menu range and prices are good, lovely staff and fast service. Dough is always fresh too

25 minutes late orded two Aussies with chicken and pineapple nothing rang them 3 times to complain and the pizza maker had a issue wouldn't feed there pizza to Kevin an he eats anything plus garlic bread an drink 32 $ bendmeover kept to take back not on wouldn't recommend

Highly recommend chicken delight. It was amazing. Also great service, they were very nice and friendly.

Located in a Nice spot in the small suburb, ample parking in front. Run by family of three, their pizza is worth a try, you will forget the gourmet italian.

Theres a worldwide pandemic. Masks are mandatory. These people were handling and preparing food with no mask or gloves. When pointed out to them and told we have both videos and photos of them, they looked completely confused as though they're exempt from the law. I'll give it to them, the food was good. But c'mon ladies, masks.

Just ordered from them tonight, the pizza IS dry, and we ordered ribs on the side,
The ribs are only fat, and layered in oil.
We called to complain, offered to return, to show how much oil is at the bottom.
All we got was a what do you want me to do.was the reply.
No offering, no bring it back to see what's wrong.nothing.
No customer service skills whatsoever.a waste of money, no customer service. Do not buy off them.
They couldn't care less about whether you are happy or not.
So so dissatisfied.if I could leave no stars I would. Disgusting. If I could a photo of the most disgusting rubs I have ever seen I would, and they stink.

Second order from store, guy who was taking the order didn't know his own pizza and asked me several times which pizza? 'Zaatar' I said several times, he said 'what's on it'? Don't have some random answering your phone, taking orders, if he has no clue about the menu!

Rang and complained as bbq meat lovers had mushroom and onions on it only to be told i never asked for ir without when did ever come with it then to be told i was lying and didnt no what i was talking about nor what they looked like will never go there again customer service piss poor off to pizza hut

I refuse to believe this shop is run by Italians due to the lack of flavour in their food, I reckon they are fake Italians. Anyways the only good thing is that it is very filling but where is the flavour

Very bad experience. I have ordered veg pizza the base sauce was highly applied whic was giving bad taste and mushrooms quantity was excess in pizza then other vegetables. The tastless pizza

Recommend this place. I used to work here. Still maintaining their standards! Working here was awesome therefore the service was good too. Try to get at store without delivery cause hot pizza is the best pizza!

This address shows wrong way to the back side of the shop. Shop door way is in the front in the parking side.

Ok.so we have had pizza's 6 times from this store under new owners and 5 times the order was wrong.how many more chances do you give a store.sometimes the taste was great other times.well you re best to wait till the next day, add extra topping that you ordered and didn't get then.reheat in the sandwich press. Hum.does that mean I make a better pizza. I think I will invest in my own Pizza Oven, at least I will get the toppings I order and paid for.

Have to be the worst pizza I ever had, if anyone has given Santos Pizza a good review they need to get out more and spend more for a decent pizza.

We ordered a vegetarian pizza from here yesterday. The pizza tasted slightly bitter and it needed more topping. The pizza base was also very soft and slightly soggy.
