The food was delicious and food cames very slow unfortunately. The atmosphere was very inviting and staff were very friendly and nice. We had Masala dosai, Vadai, Garlic Naan and a chicken spicy curry, which was very tasty.

Good meal chicken mushroom dish with lots of flavour. Not good for people with vanilla palate. Sizzling brownie failed because of burnt bottom otherwise brownie good. Cheese garlic bread good.

Order from uber chicken tikka masala very much taste less some pieces of chicken raw sone cooked. I put all is in bin. Dine is 3 star.

The food is mostly frozen food from Woolworths, Aldi and premixed curry pastes from Indian shops. Absolute garbage.

Totally upset with the food they serve I ordered masala dosa n they hand me over this and when I called they are not even ready to apologise for there mistake. Specially the manager she is so arrogant, so rude and she don’t even know how to do a good customer service. I hope the owner of the business get this msg and they will take action on it.

Good timely service and delicious food. We had called ahead for a dine-in order as we were running late for an event. Food was served as soon as we got seatet. It was prepared just in time, so the dosas would still be crispy. Everything tasted delicious as well. Much better service than other Sankalps in Melbourne.

We were highly disappointed with our recent visit. We ordered dosa, uttapam, noodles and manchurian. The food was extremely terrible, tasteless and burnt. Uttapam were inedible, we were surprised one could even serve such food. After waiting for a very long time, they forgot an entrée and did not even acknowledge their mistake until we followed up. All our food was cold by the time they eventually brought our last dish, which again was horrible. Not even worth 1 star!

After eating Indian food with your fingers, No soap or tissues or hand dryer in the gents wash room. My 2nd visit to this restaurant.

I called to ask if they were open and for some reason they guy hanged up on me and started cursing. Never recommending this place.

Service is not good because all time when I repeat the order, every time went to the counter and order the item, nobody came to the table for getting order.

Please improve services.

Best service we have had ever while dining out in Melbourne, our server helped us choose things when we didn't know what was good and was attentative, listened well, accommodating to both myself and partner, we had to leave early and they gave us containers to take our kai home and were very helpful.

Nearly burnt dosa. Rava dosa was bad taste. Noodles were very salty. Butter chicken was very bad taste and tasted like chicken curry. Coconut chutney was perfect other 3 chutney were shocking.

Rude manager, service was ok but food wasn’t upto Sankalp’s standards, completely poles apart.

My experience with getting food catered by them was very good. The whole experience from deciding the menu to communicating any changes was really good.

We had ordered food for 30 people the quanity and the quality was really good.

I would recommend them for any catering requirements.

Have bought indo chinese soup, noodles, fried rice and chili chicken it was not at all indo chinese fried rice don't know have they used Biryani rice or it was Pulao manchao soup was bitter in taste in all of the indo chinese we bought chicken one it was same small and thin slice cube of chicken Tandoori very less amount chicken it was more tasting vegetarian.quality and taste was Very disappointing.

Authentic Indian food with super friendly staff and management. Highly recommend them for parties and your meals out! 10/10
