Went to Sanity Warragul today and was looked after by Abbey. What a happy, friendly and helpful young lady.
Young girls need re training, customer service Is OUT the door. Rude for no reason whatsoever, very interesting to encounter.
Love the Sanity stores glad there still around as CDS & DVDS are going to be as vintage as records. Normally the 2 girls in there are very lovely & so helpful bit today the girl behind the counter was not! Doing as she told asking for people's personal medical records as a fully vaccinated person not an issue but she had attitude about it & there's no need for it. This is where the problems are unvaccinated people are quickly to blame yet the shop workers are not she needs some customer service training. The shop was also untidy, cluttered also. Very disappointing I won't go back.
