I ordered a chicken schnitzel in a sandwich and it was supposed to have mixed lettuce tomato and mayonaise on it.
When I received it, it was just plain in a sandwich so I was disappointed.

Service was good, very helpful. I ordered a chicken schnitzel sandwich. Feedback bread did not taste fresh. It needs to be the same day not yesterdays! (Or maybe find another bread supplier) Also the schnitzel was dry and overcooked. It was a frozen one and not made fresh. Other sandwich ingredients were good. If these issues are addressed I will come back again and again

I was served by 2 rude staff today! Especially the older Chinese lady so rude you need to learn customer service. The young was was not too bad just need to say thanks to your customer not give them a greasy when they are paying for a sandwich and trying to get scallop potatoes!

Regular chips wasn't even half full. Wont be supporting this small business in the future.

Ordered from here on Uber Eats. It took these guys 40 mins to make a sandwich and hand it over to the delivery driver. Quality of food was very average. Won't be back.

I ordered a toasted forcaccia with Turkey. The girl put 2 slices of Turkey and I had to asked for some salad. I had to ask her to not be skimp and actually put salad on there. Originally she was only going to out about 6 leaves of spinach. For $12.50 that's a joke.
Please don't be skimp on the salads and veggies. I had to ask it to be re toasted because the cheese wasn't even melted and it was still stone cold in the centre of the tomato.
If you're teaching your staff to put barely any salad on the rolls then don't charge so much for nothing.

Food Quality/Pricing:
・Standard dor Sandwich chefs
・Fruit salads are a bit overpriced, which only looks good from the top, but filled with bitter oranges on the bottom.
・Smoothies are so milky. Ordered a small Berry Delicious Smoothie and was told only regular or large. I ordered regular but was given large then charged me $7.50. I didn't even see any raspberry in the blender.

Service: If your younger females could get the orders correct and remember the prices, that'd be very helpful.

Location: Plenty of dining area in the cafeteria.

Conclusion: I come here because I'm hungry and it's probably the most healthy option.

Got 2 wraps (chicken, beef) for $5 at 3pm.still fresh suprisingly, flavour was good.aussie lady (about 40yrs old) at counter was friendly.

So bad experienced I have never had it before at sunshine west sandwich shefs, today me and my friend when there buy their food also other shop next to them I was took some napkin from other shop and cone back to get some from this shop (6-7 napkins leave on the top I took them all) then come to sit at the front of the shop to eat my food then one Chinese old man come to complain to my friend that I took all the napkin.what the problem with him I m a costumer I bough food from them why I can took the napkins I didn't took all whole packet, the bad Chinese old man non stop to complaining he keep to tell every on my lunch now my love about me and pointing at me make me so upset that is so abusing isn't it. I was asked another staff about his name and his name is Peter just only him made this shop look disgusting ever I have seen in whole my life
