Asian girls like to serve white guys, ignore the needs of other people of color, wait 15 minutes at 10: 20am today, Asian girls serve white guys first, I am angry, I am local, I am treated differently, white guys have better money!

$11.90 for a roll filled with dry shredded pork, no chance of gravy as it wasnt ready for unch.
Sick of business complaining about lack of customers, here's a tip, provide the quality and customers will keep coming back.

Terrible owner and service. Ordered their sandwich catering box platter for a function. The sandwich chefs online site didnt work and we were supposed to get $10 off the platter. When I mentioned it to the owner he didnt care and said too bad speak to head office you have to pay full price. The owner also promised a variety of meats in our sandwich like the photo on their website. This didnt occur. All the sandwichs were chicken bar one. Cheap chicken meat, poor fillings, very little chicken disguised in small coleslaw and canned beetroot. The sandwiches were not tasty and no one wanted them at the part. Nor did they resemble the photo.
The worst part was they didnt even come in a beautiful presented box. He handed us a whole heaps of sandwiches in bags and said deal with it! Sorry ran out of boxes! Worse experience ever, We were totally deceived by this owner and we didnt get what we paid for. When I complained to head office they said they would look into it and they didnt care either. This shows the ethos of this company. This is a warning to all consumers. I have reported them to the ACCC

The hash browns have no potato inside them, believe it or not! Just air and outer pastry, such a scam!

The bread rolls are bit small for my liking. The filling was fresh but the mayo is not the nice thick kind. The staff are a bit slow to get to customers but lovely to deal with

The man tht served me was very patient and helpful.i have a lot of food allergies and he was happy to answer all my questions and check ingredients too.we ended up finding something i could eat and he made me a delicious sandwich:) (a bit on the pricier side but im still very appreciative of ur good service)

Went there other day usually good food this time was terrible bread was hard chook was quite tough no real flavour

So disappointed. They charged m 80 cents for each salad item. So lettuce tomato and Cucumber is $ 2.40 on top of everything else

Some of the other food places in this centre could learn a thing or two from Sandwich Chefs.about customer service.

Wonderful place for a roast dinner lunch or take home meal. Sandwiches and snacks as well. The food is fresh and tasty and the customer service is friendly and courteous. There is plenty of indoor seating in a relaxing and quiet environment.

They advertise a double egg and bacon roll with a free coffee. Went to order one and they refused to make one saying it's after 12am
Nowhere on your ad does it say before 12.

The customer service was amazing, and I got a roast pork meal and the meat was so good lovely place for lunch.

I work in East Richmond, which is literally down the road - my food turned up absolutely cold (Pork Roast) and the roast veges/pork was very dry and you didn't bother to add apple sauce as mentioned on Menulog. I'm absolutely disappointed to say the least.
NB: The food was cold as I can only assume the driver works for Menulog - for that reason - I will send my feedback to Menulog - so I've changed my star rating from 1 to 3 stars. The food was ok - it would've been great to have the apple sauce. I will order something else from you guys next time to give you another opportunity to change my experience. I think this is fair.

Its my routine to go to this Sandwich shop since last 4 years. New owner is impressive with good ethics and dedication.
My coffee and egg & beacon roll are always ready before I reach there at 8am.
Most of the staff is great and do above and beyond their capabilities to serve the customers. Always the best and fresh food served. God bless!

I love this place. I work close to the centre and come here for a sandwich 3-4 times a week.
There are some lovely staff that I look forward to chatting to when I’m there and they are always exceptional with their customer service especially Gemma is a real GEM. Thanks Gemma for great service and lunch every afternoon.

Brought some uber eats from this mob and I wished I didn't bother most of it went in the bin. Meat was dry, the vegetables were cold and tough, scalloped potatoes tasted not right and the gravy was cold. I'm not looking forward to seeing in the next few hours that I might have food poisoning.
