Stopped in today around 2pm and was greeted with exceptional customer service! The staff were lovely and took their time to make sure I was happy with the amount served and that it wasn’t going to fall apart. Really appreciated the service and the food was delicious:)

The chicken schnitzel roll was stale, and you could tell that the bread had been frozen, why would you freeze the rolls, when you can get them fresh everyday from Bakers Delight.

The chicken was cold and not very fresh

Sandwich Chef lansell plaza only place I know that the owner refuses to do the Sandwich combination that you request.

Literally so overpriced. Should’ve just gone to subway! Charged $15.80 for a salad and chicken roll that wasn’t very good and everything was falling out. I feel robed for just getting some lunch while at work…

It would have to be the worst chicken salad roll we have ever eaten the roll was stale the salads you pay 80 cents for each salad. I wont be going back and should have read reviews first, and staff were rude all for 26.50 its disappointing.

I should have come here and read the reviews. Been hanging out for a fresh bread salad sandwich for days. Ingredients fresh, bread far from it. If you like stale bread go here. Also tried calling but phone is disconnected

Spent $12 for a sandwich (all salad, no meat) and it was almost inedible.
Hardly any fillings and the bread was extremely stale. Would give zero stars if I could.

Bad customer service unclean prep and serving areas contaminated food incompetent staff high prices for poor service all round i will not go back tried it twice now regretted it both times

Second time ordering from here and will be my last now. First purchase was an over greasy pizza and I had a black hair on it.
Second time everything was over cooked. Roast beef was dry and burnt. Potatoes were black and burnt. So disappointing.

Stopped by to grab a quick bite, this is not how it played out however waiting quite a while to get served and our food, quality of the food was not great and it was really dry. First time eating at a sandwich chefs and after the experience it will be my last.
