Sandhurst Plastic Surgery

I emailed a query with no response on 11/1. I then called and spoke with reception a few days later who advised they could not answer my query and would get someone to call me back asap, that was a week ago.
Not sure what else l can do

Sandhurst Plastic Surgery is a very warm and friendly place, lovely staff, yet very professional. All staff explained procedures and fees for upcoming surgery. Well done and best wishes.

I was referred to Sandhurst Plastic Surgery & Dermatology via my GP but I have been treated by Mr Snell before, so I was confident that my treatment would be first class. After my “on time” consultation, I was immediately booked in for surgery in a very efficient and “person friendly” manner and I left with a a plan/solution to manage my ailment in a very swift process which is most important when you are dealing with a medical condition.

Lovely staff. I felt welcomed and listened to. Mr Cameron was really understanding and helpful

Prompt follow up with my husbands wound we live 1plus hour away and have been in constant touch with Kristen the wound specialist nurse who communicates with Mr Cameron re plan of care REC staff are awesome with follow up of medical certs and paper work etc and with my husbands surgery well planned and communicated

Having moved from Melb to the country I needed a new doctor for my annual skin check. I saw Dr Niwa and she was fantastic. Very thorough and lovely manner. Explained everything really well/clearly. Admin staff were very polite and helpful and the clinic itself is aesthetically very well presented.

Quite pricey but for me happy to have the peace of mind to check everything and that all is ok.

Very happy with my consultation today. Very thorough in finding any problems.

I was made feel welcome from the moment I walked in, extremely professional ladies at reception and the consultation was hassle free and I felt very comfortable, highly recommended

I was told conflicting information when called up for the consultation. I was told to be propping for and planning an operation, even quoted a cost and asked to proceed. Then when in the appointment told the complete opposite. Was given conflicting advice from several previous surgeons but too soon to see if this will be another dead end like the previous specialist. I'd hope these errors were simply miscommunication but it's highly frustrating and dissapointing.

The building itself is nice and the staff seem nice so I doubt it's incompetence or intentional mismanagement. I hope this is just a one time iffy experience and not indicative of the usual running of the nice feeling establishment.

Pre-op consult: very professional. Support team for Mr Snell very efficient and great communication. I was put at ease because of the professionalism and calmness of everyone involved.
Surgery: Anaesthetic specialist and surgeon put me at ease before the procedure - was a little anxious. Came out of it really well, no complications.

Highly recommend this team for complex surgery work. Well done. I’ll be back on my feet in no time.

I went to Sandhurst and everyone was very friendly. They didn't feel intimidating at all. It's amazing to see that everyone is treated as equal. No question was too silly to be answered.
