Nice place except when I checked in my room smelled like cigarettes even though it was a smoke free hotel. Other than that pretty good place for a night, a suggestion is maybe some cooking equipment no microwave or oven or plats or cutlery.

Just great if you need somewhere to stay for a day or two. Simple, to the point and confi.

Clean, comfortable room. Added extras a bonus. Good meal and service. I will certainly be back.

1. "roast" pork wasn't a roast at all, it was pork steaks.
2.chips were disgusting, waitress claims that the staff are making them themselves.half of the chips on my plate were black, as were on the other plates at my table.a respectable chef would never put those chips on a plate
3.one person at my table heard the staff (standing right in front of her at the counter) talking about how they didn't want to be at work
3.the curry tasted like the sauce came out of a jar

it wasn't surprising that the place was dead quiet for lunch on a Sunday. We won't be going back there.

I've eaten a lot of chicken parmigiana's in my time but on saturday night I had one of the best, most succulent, freshest, mouth-watering delicious parma's I have ever eaten. I was in heaven. The food is always top notch at this bistro and the staff are always friendly and pleasant. Oh did I mention they have beer specials every week. 10/10.

I had your fish and chips and the fish battered tasted extremely bland and disgusting. The food is really bad even I could make it better in my kitchen

The venue and bistro was nice. The room itself was small and lacked kitchen facilities. All food had to be bought or prepared, we couldn't cook in any way. We paid $110 a night. Overall probably wouldn't use again.

Menu online was showing few pcs of bread, however, when received the order on the table way to different and only couple pcs of bread.

When raised a concern with the manager on duty. She relied rudely and said that what it is and she cannot do anything.

Friendly service. However, the food was not great at all. People at our table had a mix of things from the fish and chips, salmon, salad, chicken parmigiana. The burgers were good! But everything else was pretty disgusting with greasy, bland food that had no flavour or seasoning. Even the lettuce in the side salads looked very wilted and not fresh. The decor and atmosphere of the place itself was nice but I would not recommend the food.

Not for me. Not well managed in my opinion. You seem to have to wait an eternity to get served except for the bistro staff which seem to work hard and the food is also quite good. I recommend that you eat and leave.

Been here recently. Jordan took my order on 26/5/21 - receipt 32298 - denied staff card as not on me only a photo.

Have now spend 40 minutes waiting for a 2 kids meals and two adult meals. Have now complained.

50 mins - kids meals came out finally after we complained at 40 minutes. Food is pathetic. We have a tiny plate of chips and the food is now burnt. Burnt chicken snitz and fish.

60 mins - complain again. No adult meals still. It is now almost 8pm.

62mins -adult meals arrive. Sadly. Incorrect and wrong. Additions / add-ons paid for not on plates.

69 mins. Additions came out on side plate. Pathetic.

70 mins - table 31 complains they have no food. Assistant manager Jordan gives customers money to keep them quiet.

73 mins - cheers erupt from table 31 as their meal arrives except for one guy.

80 mins -last guy at table 31 gets his meal. I go and ask for the kids desserts.

84 mins - kids meals arrive by Jordan who took order. Also incorrect. Said sorry that they were very busy tonight and it was unexpected that they were so busy. Counted 15 tables of customers.

90 mins - took our empty kids plates, adult plates back to the ordering bench as they were clearly very busy standing behind the counter talking and gave them back the dishes. Attended bar and gave back all the empty glasses.

Used to come here all the time and now wouldn't come here if you paid me. I'll even put photos up of the meals.

Friendly staff good food. Open the until late.

Went for lunch was not impressed with the meal. Potatoes I'm sure where out of a packet.had that taste.my son had a parma which looked like it had been cooked for awhile.no excuses to be had. I know you where busy but still.serve decent food please.

Usually pays out more than most other pokies especially during the early hours of the morning, food is great here too, also seems like a common place for work mate's to catch up for a beer after work.

Nice experience. Relaxing meal with loads of kids entertainment. Only down point is not much free kids play. Very small play tube maze. None the less a good night and we enjoyed the experience. Thank you Sandbelt

We were a group of 6 of us, for a work lunch as we are a local business.
Service was terrible. We asked to sit in the main dining area and was old to order from the sports bar and sit there as it will be quicker. The guy walked away halfway through our order, which seemed like a difficult process.
When we sat in the main dining area the manager on shift rudely told us to leave and didn't care that this is what we had been instructed to do.
I advised him the the service for today was a mess, his response was a a proud / sarcastic - "Thanks mate"

Place isn't very busy as it is, I can see why.

Pretty standard meals, staff wasn't bad use $6 voucher on shopadocket tho, one table smelt like vomit but may have been Parmasin tho, so yea, playground to for fams, standard

Lovely food but unfortunately an encounter with one extremely rude staff member will stop us from ever going back.

Accommodation is very dirty. If it wasnt for a family member having surgery we would have left. We found a syringe in our room, shower was mouldy and dirty, dishes had dried food and lipstick. Table and benches were greasy. Something sticky had been spilled in a cupboard. The sheets had brown greasy marks and the underlay was stained with yellow. When cleaners were sent to the room they simply wiped the shower and changed sheets. The cleaners also dropped clean linen in the car park and put it back on the trolley with the clean linen, and another day we were told the cleaners were off ill so the room wouldnt be serviced. The staff member who came to collect syringe was not wearing any sort of PPE and just wrapped the syringe in a piece of a4 paper.
Staff are polite, and did refund our stay although I only received the refund when I chased it up with booking agent.
There is construction going on at the hotel, so from 7am expect noise.
Staff are very nice, but based on the condition of the rooms I could not recommend this hotel

A group of us travelled down, stayed at the back in the motel. Rooms were clean and had just about everything we needed, great for the price. Friendly helpful staff, pokies gave out to some, just not me.lol.
