Good concrete service. One of the cheapest. Arrived a little out of timeframe but not significantly. Driver was friendly too.

After spending $400 here I Collected some Rio and pegs asked for the rio to be rolled they refused to do so making our trailer load insecure and oversized The Manager refused to speak to us

Poor quality vegie mix:

I ordered 3 cubic vegie mix from this place. I can’t tell about their other products but vegie mix is completely useless. It’s dark black in colour contains only sand, little pieces of concrete and no organic matter at all. I have waited for 2 months now hoping that plants will grow better but they are dying or growing very slowly. I’m planting new seedlings as well as the weather is changing but still the same. The guy who served me said it is good quality soil but now I’m stuck with this soil in my whole garden bed. I did research at other places later, they are 3-4 bucks expensive per cubic but that soil was brown in colour, looks rich, good texture and smells like manure. In my opinion, do your research at 2-3 different places before buying soil. I made a mistake or was unlucky. As I said before I don’t know about their other products but vegie mix is of no use.

I do not recommend this product.

Not only did these blokes call a few times to confirm booking time, they were prompt, gave advice and really went out of their way to help out. If I do another job in that area I will be using them again. Don't normally write reviews but they deserve it. If you don't believe it's a real review I'll be happy to post my companys website

Wrong delivery and when i try to return but very rude response from guy over telephone and did not take his responsibility that he has taken wrong order but instead try to blame me to pit wrong order.

Poor service. Ordered a mini mix in the same suburb (yard is only 5km from site) 2 days before my concrete pour for 9am and it didn’t come until 10: 30am, after calling them 4 times asking where it is I got the same answer every time with ‘it’s leaving the yard in a few minutes’ the concrete was the worst I’ve ever had before - like it was the left over from someone else’s order that had been heavily watered down. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone and wouldn’t use their services again even if it was free

People in the office are rude and arrogant no time for there customers

Also talk down to there drivers/works I world not recommended working for them.

Also pay there workers cash

I couldn’t recommend Pakky sand and soil anymore, always helpful and do there best to deliver a quality service and product.

As a small concrete and landscaper company it really helps me knowing I have a local one stop shop I can count on.

Ordered 5.5m if exposed aggregate and received 3.5m, asked for more and a discount for their stuff up and charged me an extra $600 for 0.2m

Received a delivery which was put on my driveway. I had stacks of newly delivered concrete sleepers on my nature stip.the delivery driver had driven into and broken my sleepers and when rung up denied it was him. Even though tire tracks from his truck are clear as day into my pile of broken sleepers. Untrustworthy and liers

Annoyed that your website claims to deliver 7 days a week but called all 3 chains and you dont. Need to update that.

Forever 30 years I have been going to this place in Pakenham with either a trailer or have them deliver depending on what it is I always find them helpful friendly

Horrible. Ordered concrete from these people and their driver drove through the trench to be concreted. Wrecked $1200 worth of excavation work and they refused to compensate or even admit they did wrong.do not use.

Very poor customer service.

I have used them many times, but never again.

The delivery people were fine, but the product delivered was not what I ordered- I didn't realise this until the material hit the ground and I could see it (so yes some fault was mine as I didn't realise what was written on the invoice was the wrong size as i just glanced at the invoice). Went up to house & rang - they wouldn't admit any responsibility even though I KNOW I ordered correctly as I've ordered the same material several times. His only remedy was that it could be returned if it was still on the truck.

Had they offered to send up the correct material at no further delivery charge I would have accepted that as a reasonable outcome but this company simply doesn't value its customers and has no concept of customer service.

Use them with caution. Check your invoice carefully or climb up on the truck.

Delivered Sand as promised within 1 hour time frame and also the driver was helpful to get it dropped where you wanted. Prices are competitive as well. Highly recommend.

Always very accommodating and I love that they have a young lady working there who gives the boys a run for their money! Seriously, the team here is awesome, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Very competitive pricing
