Let me tell you about Match and Nancy, the amazing owners of this cafe. They are just incredible! Match is not only a local comedian, but he also makes the absolute best coffee. And Nancy? She's a bagel-making queen! Together, they have an awesome team behind them. The service here is not just good, it's personable. You can feel the warmth and friendliness in every interaction. And don't even get me started on the quality and variety of their offerings. Whether you're a regular or just passing through, this place is perfect for our daily morning catch-ups. The locals here can't get enough! I highly recommend it. Plus, as if that's not enough, you get to enjoy beach views and the charm of a wonderful neighborhood. What more could you want?

The day started with a delicious breakfast of avo smash, and their coffee is on point, being Italian we appreciate a top quality coffee.

Best burgers in the southern bayside suburbs. Wonderful Italian family owned business and the wife makes her own burger patties- the husband trains the baristas and coffee is equal best in edithvale/Chelsea.

Sand Dunes makes the best coffee in Kingston. The owners are passionate about it. They have sourced and import quality Arabic beans, have them roasted by a selected roaster, and the results are consistently flavorsome coffee every time. Hats off to the owners and staff at Sand Dunes.

This place is a true local gem run by a lovely local family. They serve serious coffee and lots of home baked and home made treats - often just coming out of the oven after our morning swim. I suggest you try the home-baked muffins, burgers and the bacon and egg and bacon rolls are legendary too.

Best place to go for a coffee, breakfast/lunch! The smoothies are amazing and they're right on the beach! Has the best views. Friendly staff and their service is quick and immaculate bonus.there is the cutest dogs everywhere. Cannot recommend this Cafe and location enough!

Great coffee, smoothies, easy lunch as well as great snacks and treats. Love sipping my latte and gazing out at the sea, love the vibe and great customer service.

Loved the Chai and sipping it as we walked by the beach. They have seating facing the beach and service was quick. You could even grab a bite to go with coffee from here if you wanted. Great to see lots of people, kids and dogs around. They also had dog treats. Sure to go back.

Every single time I eat here it is absolutely delicious. I’ve had the burgers, both veggie and meat, the quiche, the bagels, even salad. All excellent. To the point I’d bother reviewing it. Best chai too! (Obviously divine beach views).

The Dand Dunes beach kiosk has great coffee and food. The crew are lovely and the life saving club is a great backdrop.

Fantastic place. Super friendly and efficient service, amazing coffee and great food. Also awesome for dog owners. Edithvale is lucky to have this place, my girlfriend and I will be back every chance we get. 10/10

From coffee and tea to sweet cakes/muffins to burger this modern take in the beach side kiosk is well worth a visit.

I'd suggest grabbing one the tables and take in the beautiful Edithvale beach, or grab a takeaway drink/meal and have a picnic. You won't regret it.

I love my beach walks to get coffee and chai. Great service, best chai in Melbourne and the loveliest staff members. They do dog treats for fur babies too which makes it even better when taking the pooch! Love it!

Would probably say that this coffee shop is a must for coffee lovers! Amazing coffee and the owner is just wonderful. He clearly knows his stuff and they roast their own beans. The service was amazing, If you like your coffee with a side of beach, then this is a must-visit! We will be back again!
