I went to this shop after reading the bad reviews to give it a chance but that was a mistake. Worst lady I have ever dealt with. Couldn't even spend 5 mins in the store, she has no sense of talking even to the first time customer and when I asked her to calm down she said she didn't care.

Very very rude, couldn't put up pants properly then tried to recharge to fix again. Took pants and left. Never again will I use this place. Stay away. Very expensive and won't take responsibility for her mistakes!

Been here so many times, putting up with rude attitude in exchange for nearby convenience. After recent visit, forget it. It’s not warranted. You don’t deserve my money.

Would love to give her a full 5 star for excellent alteration but her customers service is horrible. No sense of talking. Super rude. Could have been better if she would talk politely and staying calm.

Great hole in the wall type shop. Used few times & always great work. Highly recommend.

I wanted to get some suits and pants altered. The lady did a great job with a week turnaround. Happy with the service.

Everything is a battle with this woman, makes the simplest alterations difficult.and very rude to deal with.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Sent a dress in to shorten sleeves. The sleeves on one side turned out longer than the other. Sewing lines were not straight so the shoulder part on one side was lop sided and didn't fit properly. Absolutely horrified by the poor yet expensive job. Had to alter the alteration.

Super rude. Went in to ask some advise on making a few bridesmaids dresses potentially bigger or smaller and she was not helpful in the slightest
