San Churro Bayside

The churros were delicious! I've been missing churros since I moved here from America, and these are the best I've found so far. I just wish they had more cinnamon. The cookie butter dip was top tier, and the milk chocolate dip was a bit sweet for me but the people I came with loved it. The Death by Chocolate cake is like 20% cake and 80% fudgey chocolate, so if that's what you're into, then this is the place for you.

My experience is one that has left me with no need to ever return. With 4 staff aimlessly what seemed to be without direction as myself and another customer waited for 10 minutes to be served, as if the need to ignore your customers was not enough the excuses were terrible when I needed to voice my concern that we had not been served, the excuse.they didn't see us. I am 6ft tall built like a brickhouse. I'm the guy that never wins hide and seek.so to be ignored.dreadful excuse for customer service.
To then order only 2 cakes that took 10 more minutes to prepare because the girl putting it together looked so confused by my order of 2 cakes she stood around looking desperately for direction.
Only so much blame can be put on staff that obviously lack the skills necessary to keep this place running smoothly, no chirpy little smile or apology will fix that.
Train these potential decent staff to give them the best opportunity to do a great job. They look lost. So you are failing them

I was with my mum, ordered a snack pack and an almond hotchoc.firstly when ordering the snack pack she didn’t ask what size i wanted until i realised she was charging us for a large snack pack AND worst thing to ever do, ordered an ALMOND milk drink they obviously ran out she took the drink behind the coffee machine trying to not let us see and tried mixing almond milk with full cream. Had to tell her she couldn’t have dairy and change to soy milk.so overall okay food but staff have no clue what they’re doing.

Biyona was a very friendly, smiling host. I would visit again, simply due to her great customer service skills. The quality of the food was fantastic. I’ve never eaten at a San Churro before. I was very impressed. The only thing I didn’t like was the atmosphere. The cafe is decked out like a mid 1980s McDonalds. Nothing about the decor is atmospheric or unique. The music was way too loud. We opted to eat outside as that was the only option for a peaceful experience.

Our server was Amy, she was so nice and always there when we needed to clear dishes or get water. Super on the ball and made the experience feel 5 star. Thankyou so much Amy ️

Ordered on uber eats absolutely disgusting HOW CAN YOU SEND THIS OUT! Especially paying $14.50 and when I try and call there is no answer or anything. Feral place!

The owner actually came to see how our food was, very pleasant. Modern feel. I'm a sweet tooth and the churros were fresh and delicious. Glad such a nice dessert place is in Frankston now.

It was my first visit and on opening day and loved it. I have been waiting a good long while for San Churro to open. It's my favourite dessert.
