San Carlo Homes for the Aged

I am from music of joy am I'm a singer entertainer. Every time I go San Carlo to perform the staff organise a excellent afternoon for the residents. The residents and staff really get into the singing and dancing. Seeing smiles on the staff and residents make it all worth it.

Supposed to be Italian aged care but the staff that work there are very nice but unfortunately don't speak italian. I won't even mentioned the rudeness of the management there kicking my 95 year old dad out telling him he can't visit his 91 year old wife in the dementia unit for emotional support, when they had told him if he'd get vaccinated he could visit her for half an hour every day while in lock down, now denied everything

During the time.my mother was submitted to San Carlo homes for the age. They have be supportive and also experience when we need attention.
The most important thing is that. The service they provide to our mother is at a good level.
It's very important to make not only our mother. But also other to feel they are taking care of.
And the service remain at a high level of careness.
Keep the good work up.

My mother is out here. Staff ne e d to be in contact with family members not happening at all will be bringing it up with management in future.

Having a parent residing at San Carlo, is reassuring because they care and treat with respect the residents and their family

Absolutely gorgeous place, the gardens and statues are out of this world. Set on a big acrerageof land.
This place is exceptional for italian families, the toilets are noted with italian labels, a church. And lovely staff highly recommended.

My mum was at San Carlo in the Mare high care unit for almost 2 years. This is one of the newer wings and it's beautiful and open with a lovely garden and nice rooms. Staff are wonderful and caring, mum liked the Italian food and they went on outings regularly. Unfortunately mum passed recently but i would definitely recommend this nursing home.

Only been here to visit. Facility is nice, residents seem to be cared well. Staff are also happy. Lost a star because it seems to be an Italian based facility, however no Italian speaking workers there

My Koumbaro's Nona passed away here so it's hard for me to either like or dislike this place. Ast least I know her last remaining years were comfortable.
