Impossible to contact by phone.
Samsung hide their identity as the prime service agent.
Visiting technicians refuse to deal with warrany issues.
The runaround, Big Time.
Reconsider your Samsung purchase.

Had to fix our washing machine urgently so had to make a number of calls to chase up on a time for the technician to come in. Thankfully we were able to get something organised and even though the technician was behind schedule, they were very knowledgeable and resolved our issue as soon as they arrived. Absolute scam! I was quoted $835 to repair a Samsung S10+, I can get the exact same model refurbished for as little as $300, so that's at least $535 in labour. On top of that, I was quoted specifically for a Mainboard, LCD, Battery and Speaker. As stated when I sent it in via Samsung, the phone can be charged, holds a charge, turns the screen on, and the alarm that I had previously set still goes off at 7am each day, despite not being able to get past the splash screen. This tells me that at the very least three out of the four things I was quoted for do NOT need replacing!
Edit: response to response - this answers literally 0 of the issues mentioned above. Avoid this company!

I highly recommend this company. They got my phone working again when I thought it was completely done for. What's more, they did the repair and had it in the post on its way back to me within a few days.
The only flaw since getting my phone back is that the fingerprint scanner/sensor isn't working now, so I need to make the hour trip to the closest shop to see if they can recalibrate it. Not sure if it's because of the repair or part of the initial problem & it was undetected because the phone was completely unresponsive when it went in to be fixed.

Company had my phone for 3 weeks. Tested it and no issues found - wireless charges no problems apparently. Get the phone back and surprise surprise it doesn't wirelessly charge - off to repairs it goes again. Samsung need to use another company. Ps guys if you need instructions on how wireless charging works - I can send you a you tube tutorial video.

I would never recommend this Service or a Samsung washing machine. If I could rate zero I would. Shame on both these providers. Basil Fawlty and Manuel could provide a far superior service!

My mother's TV last week stopped working, I was able to contact Hisense and s that the warranty was still valid, and informed us that the TV had a panel fault; so they sent a request to Premium Repair Services who worked with me to get the matter rectified, and Hisense gave us a better upgraded TV. I was very impressed that they kept me up to date as to what was decided and the outcome. Thank you so much for being so fantastic and understanding. My mother is one happy and lucky woman!

Sent in phone for repairs due to network issues, technician was unable to find any issue and returned it unfixed. Also tried to charge me $244 for "broken back glass" which was, in fact, just a cracked camera lens protector.

I had to get my combination oven repaired under warranty. My supplier sub-contracted the repair job to Premium Repair Services and my experience wasn’t great.
To start, their customer service was disappointing. Their offshore contact centre is not interested in providing support to their customers. When trying to organise a technician to attend, they were not willing to assist, other than we’ll contact you 24 hours before the repairer attends. I had to chase for two weeks before any decent feedback. Assuming you don’t have any plans, you only have 24 hours to ensure you are available otherwise you have to reschedule their attendance.

Secondly when the technician attended, he did not know how to remove the broken parts. He kept saying he had to take the unit to the factory in case the issue was a different part. When I pushed him further to repair the parts he confessed he did not know how to do the work. I don’t know why Premium Repair Services would send a technician that did not know how to replace parts on the oven?

The saving grace was technicians who came the second time put the oven back in knew what they were doing.

Overall a very disappointing experience from start to end.
If you have to get a device repaired under warranty, I would recommend you ask your supplier to point you elsewhere.

Got a call from this place that my Samsung Tablet had been repaired and ready to be returned to Samsung Chadstone. I ask them if they had actually replicated the problem to check if it’s truly repaired and they said they don’t “do that here” for privacy reasons. I asked because I didn’t want to travel to Chadstone only for it to be not fixed. And surprise, it has not been fixed. I will never buy another Samsung product again if they cannot even listen to their customer’s concerns and would rather sweep it under the rug.

Dropped off my phone with harvey norman who unfortunately sent it to "premium" repair services. After a week of it being there, we were told that there was a $66 charge for "inspection". The phone was sent in because the screen was cracked and needed to be replaced. After several calls to Harvey Norman and Premium repair services, we asked for the phone to returned as we did not appreciate being extorted. I was told it will be dropped off the next day. Its been 4 days since and have only been transferred from one call to the other. Harvey Norman say they haven't received it, while PRS say they have sent it. Please save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. I will be taking this further Samsung, Australia and Samsung, Korea
