63 My wife visited this store today hoping to get her 2 month old Z Flip phone repaired as it had gone blank.
My wife is a type 1 diabetic and reliant on her phone to monitor her glucose levels and deliver insulin via a Bluetooth connected insulin pump.
THIS KEEPS HER ALIVE!
After explaining this she was told they will need her phone for 5-7 business days and they are unable to give supply her with a loan phone.
She then had to go to a phone repair place in the CBD were they were able to get the screen back by holding down the 3 buttons for 10 seconds (did noone at the Samsung store know this or is customer service in the too hard basket?).
The phone is still not fixed but its working for now.
We have been using Samsung phones since the S2 but now we will need to look at alternative brands that will provide better customer service in order to manage her life threatening disease.
In this day and age more and more people are relying on their phones for medical purposes.
They get your device and never return it. Not trustworthy at all. I would have given them zero if there was such value here.
Staff in Doncaster are very helpful, hope they can get HQ to resolve my issue with my FOLD 2.
First and last time samsung user. Never gain.
Bought the Fold 2 in May 2021. Problem with hinge 6 months later, got it fixed under warranty. Then, happened again, decided up swap under samsung care. They sent me a unusual pink and light blue customized colour, tried to resolved with no luck in Jan 23.6 months 10 days later the replacement swap hinge is faulty (same issue). Tried samsung care and also went in-store, still unresolved. Meanwhile I'm stuck working on a defective phone.

Had an ongoing issue with Samsung regarding refund of a product. Tried to speak to manager to resolve issue or speak to someone in Australia to help me. They don’t help me they ended up transferring me to a line where it went to a random voice mail.
Samsung Australia is a shameless and worthless brand! They might have good products but they have worst service! Constantly breaching consumer rights. My new flip 3 had manufacturing defect and they promised me to exchange with a new phone within 7 to 14 days it's been over 1.5 month now and I have made over 15 calls, 6 emails and 2 ceo desk email complaints with almost 4 different ticket numbers yet no response they keep answering we'll get back to you in 1 to 2 days and it's been over 1.5 month and I haven't received a single call or email reply from them. I have also asked them for a refund and there's no response. Their case managers are definitely not capable of doing their jobs and literally harass their customers. DONT EVER BUY THIS BRAND! NEVER BUYING SAMSUNG.you rather pay a little extra penny for your brand and have better customer service than sulking down with Samsung with their poor response and terrible false promises!

Had to ring Samsung Australia who eventually solved my problem
Used to be a good Samsung service and well-trained staff able to help with plenty of knowledge and skills.
However, lately there are not have lacked knowledge and courtesy. They deflect questions and give excuses.seems that new sales are the focus now.
Very bad experience, bought the z fold 4, and it’s faulty product, broken within two weeks.
! And it take more than two month to do the replacement or return!
Good service when everyone is in. If you see just one servise person, you can expect very long wait. Besides that, or once you have attention no problem. Good knowledge of product, valuable advice and proper service.
Samsung Doncaster is a very small store compare to other Samsung stores but thr services is great the staff are very friendly and helpful l was very pleased with the quality of their knowledge and skills.
Worst customer service experience I've ever had the displeasure of at a phone store. Took my s21 there recently as it had black screened on me. Was told the warranty was void due to a faint crack in the screen (not what caused the phone to die) and was hit with a $510 repair fee. Was told by the smirking service attendant they couldn't offer me a loan phone in the meantime, so handed over the phone in its case and forked out for the repair. Phone was repaired and I returned to pick it up, only to discover the case was not with the phone. The manager proceeded to walk off and call someone. He came back and was adamant there was no case because they usually hand those back before sending the phone for repair (never happened). I explained again I never left with it and have been a long-standing customer, which clearly meant nothing to him. I had to ask for a replacement case to which he replied none of them would fit my phone. He offered ZERO reimbursement and when I asked what he was going to do about the matter, his response was "absolutely nothing".
This was the point I snapped, called him a "f_king d_khead" and walked off. It was either that or throw my phone at his head.
Don't even bother going here unless you want to leave disappointed or infuriated. I'd give them zero stars if I could.

Just purchased a new Galaxy S21 Ultra, it performs and looks outstanding! The performance is insane and since it's packed with 12gb ram and 256gb, it feels faster than any other phone I have owned. P. S: 8k Pictures with the new high MP on the new camera is incredible. Big up Samsung!
Beware of this shop and other brands owned by retail prodigy group. They share your personal details with scammers, who would call you with all your personal details and would try and scam you. Please avoid going to this store.

Never gonna be using samsung again. Poor severice, not trying to help their user for a solution, but trying to get more money from our pocket
I was trying to find out whether one of the phones is in stock. No one is picking up the calls for 3 days in the roll. I end up going to Chaddy Samsung.
I was attended to by Chris, he was very professional, curtious and extremely helpful, my issue was resolved immediately without any qualms - customer service of the highest degree.

Bought a phone today from Raquel. There was a bit of a delay due to a problem with their computer system, but she then spent a lot of time setting it up for me and copying everything over from my old phone. A very efficient and pleasant young woman. Thanks Raquel - full marks.
