Samsons installed 4 window grills for us, on very short notice! They look great! Rob was excellent, making sure at every point that I understood the design, how they would look and how they would be installed. They also managed to squeeze the job in for me approaching Christmas - which was a relief after seeking quotes from other larger companies who were impersonal, slow to respond and inflexible. Price is competitive too. Highly highly recommend, and if I need anything similar done again I will be happy to return!

Samson's installed a wrought iron fence at the front of our property. Rob is a man of his word, a strong communicator, provides excellent service and has a great team working for him. Robert was very knowledgeable with his advice regarding a new period fence. We were extremely happy with the end result, which displayed excellent workmanship.

Robert was cordial and prompt dealing with my request however, when I queried a problem with repairs done to an older steel security door he didn’t seem too keen to address the issue with me nor take the time to come look at it. I was very disappointed with his response given he prided himself on his professionalism and quality of work. From my conversations with him leading up to the work he seemed to be very helpful and eager to please unfortunately when a problem arose he was less willing to help.

Robert and Sam communicate well, problem solve, and then pay a great deal of attention to get things looking perfect for those of us who are particular. They were also willing, at no charge to readjust a gate where my plants were causing the lock to bind. Great guys who are experts in their craft. I couldn’t recommend them more highly

My iron gate latch was broken, I called a couple of other places but they didn’t seem interested, it was only a small job.

I found Samson after googling, Robert answered and asked me to text him pictures of the gate and where it needed fixing. He then messaged me back with a quote, which I accepted.

They turned up to work on time, worked through drizzling rain and had the gate fixed!

They were real professional, the service was great, and the price was most reasonable, I am happy to recommend these guys to anyone!

Robert made me a custom coffee table base. He was awesome to work with and kept me updated on status. The workmanship is outstanding and I'm very pleased with the results. There was a small problem with the first fabrication, he promptly fixed it and it's perfect!

I showed Robert a Picture of an Inside French Door that I wanted to have as a Front Security Door and also a Side Gate he said yes they would be OK, I had no sooner Placed My Order and he rang to say they were finished.

When he and his brother came to Install he said he liked that the Security Door had challenged him, it was exactly the same as the Picture I had given him.

Had some damage to my gate and I rang and spoke to Robert who was able to quote and organise for the repair to the gate together with Sam of his company without any inconvenience. I found Robert to be prompt and efficient. Would highly recommend Robert.
