Sams Fish And Chips

Ordered $40 worth of family meal, got home what I got was minimum chips, 2 dims sims and a sad excuse for a burger. Rang to see how they'd fix it, got aggressively told not my problem its busy everyone makes mistakes blah blah. He took my address I knew it wouldn't get delivered. Zero customer service skills. Don't waste your time or money here.

I would've given full stars but I may have been overcharged? I got the dinner for 2 and charged $27. Is it supposed to be $22?

Hand on heart, one of the best fish n chips shops I have had the pleasure of experiencing. Sam and his family are super friendly and just down to earth good people. The service is like no other in the industry! And most importantly, the food is super yummy! From burgers to fish to the chips themselves. You gotta check this place out!

My name is Wanda and l have been going to Sam's fish and chips for many years.the best in the western suburbs always fresh.sam and his family are always polite and lovely always smiling.

Food was nice. However saw someone who worked here outside of the shop, as a customer, yelling at someone working. As someone in customer service business I would have thought they would have more respect and kindness towards other people in the same position. It's never nice being yelled at for something outside your control. This really affects my opinion of Sam's fish and Chips and i will be to uncomfortable going there again. Great potato cakes though.

I just odered from same fish and chips my and I will never again oder from this place the hot chips are spose to be hot and fresh correct? The chips where cold and undercooked how disgusting.

Local fish and chips shop. Always hot fresh and tasty chips and fish. Generally extras get added extra on potato cakes. Great service from owners and staff.
