Sam and his team did a magnificent job at our house, we upgraded our kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The price was very reasonable and best of all they did the whole job under 5 weeks as promised.
Sams bathroom used quality materials and excellent workmanship, can’t recommend them highly enough.

Sam’s evident love of doing a top job resulted in meticulous preparation (including straightening wonky walls), excellently even tiling and careful placement of the fittings to keep the look as clean and uncluttered as possible. He continually checked in with us, offering considered advice and accommodating our preferences. Sam kept the work areas neat and tidy for the five weeks he was working in our home and left it all cleaner than when he arrived.

The price was reasonable and his dedication to top quality work means the ensuite will look beautiful for many years to come.

We came across Sam’s Bathroom Renovations while we were looking for a bathroom renovation project and we spoke to and met 5 potential people who could do the job.

Out of the 5, we ended up choosing Sam purely because he seemed quite passionate about his work and didn’t just agree with whatever we said, instead he shared his experience and challenged some of our thinking and design. We valued the input as we do not do bathroom renovations for a living and do not understand how a certain feature may look like once ready as well as we are not well versed with the engineering side of things either (various supporting walls within the house etc).

In addition to this, although Sam’s quote wasn’t the cheapest; but he was not someone who pulled a quote out of thin air, he thoroughly inspected the house and the structure in the roof to give us a firm quote. His quote also included fittings and fixtures, which we were able to go to a shop and select – this made life a lot easier!

Finally, Sam was open and transparent through out the process and allowed for some last-minute changes. Essentially, his process is that every stage of the project, he will call us into the gutted bathroom and will talk to us about what things will look like and if we wanted to change anything and also be clear if a change will cost extra or can be absorbed within the price given. He had a whole team behind him too; so all the trades (electrical, plumbing, tiling, demolition etc) will come on time, every time and the project went smoothly and right on time, ZERO delays.

All in all, happy with the process and the outcome. We have already engaged him for our next project, which he is not available until mid-next year, but we are happy to wait.

Sam has done an absolute magnificent job on our main bathroom renovation. You would be hard pressed to find anyone else in Melbourne that can renovate a bathroom to such a high standard. Every inch of our new bathroom is perfect! Don't bother going with anyone else, Sam's the man! A true professional at his craft, which is rare to find these days. Thank you.

We have recently done our Kitchen and bathroom renovation by Sam.other than great communication, providing excellent design ideas, working with passion and being very precise and sticking to the schedules, Sam has two very important and major characteristics:
1- He and his team are very clean and work as tidy as possible.they always clean the area after work everyday and we didn't have any issues cleaning the area normally we have with other businesses that they don't care if you are leaving in the area or not.
2- He is very trustworthy. Both I and my husband are working full time and we had no issue giving him our keys to our home.this is very important to know a team is working in your home and that you can trust them during your absence.

Sam redid our bathroom and did an amazing job. He transformed our small space with generous space for the shower and storage for the vanity. He’s very friendly and accommodating, the design and construction phases were very thought out to accommodate our young family and making the bathroom to meet our needs into the future. Sam redid our bathroom and did an amazing job. He completely transformed the space fitting in a generous shower in a small room where we thought it wasn’t possible. He’s very thoughtful in the design being mindful of our young family and making a bathroom that will meet our needs into the future. Workmanship and attention to detail is top notch.

I hired Sam to renovate our upstairs bathroom that required quite a bit of repair work on the flooring and walls. This included replacing whole shower drain and repairing the water damaged wall in the shower area, removing plaster cornices and architraves that were also affected by the dampness over the years.
The whole entire process was excellent from start to finish! Sam was always on time, very polite, efficient, and meticulous at his work making sure everything went smoothly.

Sam is a legend - we got both our bathrooms remodelled and renovated and Sam did a fantastic job. His attention to detail and perfection is second to none. He came up with some great ideas and even after he started the job, he was very flexible to accommodate all the changes we wanted. He also has a strong team of tradies behind him, who do a great job.
