Sam was recommended to us by our friends and we couldn't have been more fortunate. Being our first build we were very nervous as half the time (even more) we didn't know what the terms and processes were. But Sam was patient and goes beyond just answering our questions and ensures that we understood everything. Working rostered shifts meant we were never always available during normal business hours but Sam would go out of his way and take our calls to answer all our questions, big or small. He sets realistic expectations and beats them, truly efficient and hard working. Whenever we tell our friends about our experience, we always get the same response, they can't believe how smooth ours has gone. And this is all thanks to Sam.

Sam has made buying our first house a seamless experience. I reached out to Sam in May 21 regarding the possibility of purchasing a house. Come July 21, we've purchased our first home. Sam has a wealth of knowledge, he is very responsive and provides his professional advice but also happy to provide his personal advice too.
