I went on holiday came back and they took me off the books as a volunteer as I have nearly worked there for two years I have a disability it’s disgusting I am ashamed angry upset they were not grateful or appreciated anything I did for them I worked out of my own free time for them.never volunteer at the Cheltenham salvos on Nepean highway or work there

Always lovely attitude from staff. An asset in the community. And good selection of items. Thank you to all, remembering those working out the back as well.

Needs more Change rooms. Limiting number of garments in the 3 change rooms does not assist in wait times.

Clean, tidy, spacious, no problems with parking, lots of goodies, but didn't have what I was looking for today.there's always next time.

Excellent store layout with clothing type/size clearly signed. Obviously there's volunteers here with interior and fashion store design experience as it has real appeal. If anyone's' looking for spring racing carnival outfits this is worth checking out. Congrats guys - you are doing an awesome job!

Not how it used to be; some of the staff are very rude and act like customers are just wasting their time unless you know them personally.

Gem of an op shop on the Nepean highway, definitely worth pulling over if you're not in a hurry!

As an x Salvos Store Manager (should have sued when I could) this store was once vibrant, friendly and amazing store, with so much character. Now it's a disaster, dirty floors, dirty clothes.horrid atmosphere, bleak and cold.

Asked where we can drop off donations, lady at the counter said “I don’t know” in the most unhelpful and uninterested tone, and sat there in silence until another lady said “It’s around the back”. Terrible service and certainly doesn’t reflect the values of Salvos.

Such a bad experince I had in this store as a customer. The delivery guy has no manner and the staff has bad attitude towards customers. Never ever buy anything from this store. They agreed to deliver all the furniture's from the store to my place and paid for all the delivery charge as well. Later the delivery guy denied to take one of the sofa seater to my unit. He changed his mind and mentioned that he cannot take it as its heavy and the due to stairs. It was his responsibility and the store to organise other options for delivery by getting another personsons help.

Looks an absolute mess from outside, old furniture everywhere right in the front windows. Used to be nice clothing as you walk in, now its not enticing at all, must be like that all the way through, didn't bother going in on Thursday just drove past to Vinnies Moorabbin, gorgeous.

Unfortunately the prices have sky rocketed over the past year or so. It is hard to find anything of quality under $10 at this Salvos which is disappointing. If they reduced their prices I'm sure they wouldn't be stuck with so much stock.

One of my all time favourite thrift stores. Staff are so nice and the half price rack is to die for! Before covid times o would come to this place at least once a week, the opening hours are also great, not many thirst shops are open 9-5

When I was in there on Saturday, I heard something in the store break. I'm guessing it was the manager that went to see what happened, but she spoke to the Salvos worker/volunteer quite rudely about the job she was doing - and I was over the other side of the store and could hear it!

Beautifully laid out store with a huge selection of clothing & accessories, furniture & kitchenware. Friendly staff & plenty of collectables to find!

It's a good place and great value for most things. Just it need to have air conditioning to work better

Great Store, so cute on corner and bigger on the inside than firdt appears from outside. Full of new and old treasures, definitely something for every one. Prices aren't way off the planet either. Took a friend who gave in the thumbs up

Good place to shop if you have no reservations for buying used things. The store hosts a range of products: A wide range of Clothes, Furnitures, Books, jewellery, electronic items, cutlery at a reasonable price. One can donate their unwanted things at Salvos

Helpful and friendly staff, in particular the gentleman with the bow tie. Definitely worth a visit, often treasures to be found!
