What joke, have to have a security check, just to deliver one mail to the counter, next time, i just bloody post it, and let them fix the problem, they made.

The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, and able to resolve my points with ease and cheerfulness
The only down side was the need to be "Processed" by the security officers on the way in. They were very pleasant in their operation, but the need to have them is a bit disturbing. Symptomatic of the times we live in I suppose.
