It was such a pleasure dealing with Koko and Rui at the David Jones Ferragamo store. Koko and Rui spent time locating my Dolly ballet shoes and ensuring the fit as perfect. Koko and Rui also made sure they contacted me when the shoes arrived to collect instore. I had the best experience from these two lovely ladies. Great customer service. Olinda DiMaggio
I used to shop here all the time
I enjoyed the staff there that used to work there last year
although new staff of Salvatore at this moment is horrible
only 1 or 2 staff are helpful and nice but I believe the manager there at the moment is very arrogant and puts too much force for me to purchase something I am just thinking about
he forced upon the return policy just for me to purchase the bag and shoe I was looking at and together they costed $4500 and I did niot want to spend that much
he then proceeded to force me into buying a pair that was too small for me and claimed it will eventually stretch out but I could feel so much pain that I couldn't even walk
I give this place 1 star and I will buy online instead of wasting time with this staff
