Salvatore Ferragamo

First of all, I’m only complain about Ferragamo crown not the company.
I bought a belt from them and took back to resizing and later I found out they didn’t put belt hoops back on my belt. I call them to missing belt hoops, the shop assistant who resized my belt told me she will call me back when she find them but never heard from her. That was last October (2022).
So I called again week ago (February 2023) the shop assistant resigned now so they cannot do anything to help me with.
That was super upsetting me especially when you spend $700 something for a belt and I didn’t do anything wrong the shop lost parts of my belt.
I called customer service to Ferragamo head office then that same afternoon the crown shop messaged me my missing parts are ready to collect.
How disgusting is this.
I was waiting for 5 months and this shop didn’t want to do anything until head office told them to do something.
I still love their goods but do not go to the crown shop.

I highly recommend Ferragamo.
It’s such a truly wonderful experience to visit and shop at Ferragamo.
We are always welcomed by Raphael and his colleagues like a member of the family.
We have had numerous joyous experiences at Ferragamo.
I would love to express my thanks for his endeavours.

Came in to resize my belt and in the process it broke. Luckily an employee named Lorenzo was quick to help me, promptly resizing and fixing my belt along with gifting me complimentary packaging. His attitude was amazing and I’m definitely looking forward to being served by him again.

Had really bad shopping experience in crown Salvatore Ferragamo served by a guy called Luca, racist attitude and rude behaviour. Never want to go back to that shop as more, reined the good mood of shopping and won’t recommend any of my friends as well. High recommend the shop manager can retrain the staff to be more professional.

Visited the store today with my Mum and we were welcomed by Vicky who was friendly and super knowledgeable about the brand!

I adore Salvatore Ferragamo, this store in Southbank is always beautiful. The visual merchandising is fantastic and they have a great range of products!

Was not sure what to get for myself when I walked in, ended up getting a wallet and fragrance with beautiful leather on the bottle. Absolutely loved the smell and the design. So I want to send a big thank-you to the staff named Vicky for being so patient answering all my concerns with a pleasant smile and full knowledge about the product ranges. Definitely will revisit here with my friends in the future.

Beautiful quality shoes for the price. We were served by Hilly and had a lovely experience. Lovely service, very friendly and knowledgeable. The store is visually beautiful. We will definitely return in the future.

The first sales person was rude and treated us with disdain.

The second was pleasant but BEWARE.

I was buying a Christmas present for my wife and despite asking and being told she could exchange the gift, we were not allowed to exchange the item.

Certainly will not be buying from this outlet again.

Would give them a 0 if I could. Refused to sell me a pair of shoes they had in store because they were on hold for 2 weeks for a senior manager. What customer service?
