Terrible terrible customer services, as a regular customer of Salvatore for many years now, I am so disappointed!

Very poor customer service, terrible quality and overpriced. My recent experience was disappointing.

Vicky is the best sales person! Very patient, friendly and always give me good advices. I love her smile! Great service!

Outstanding experience, Jade (NZ girl) is very lovely and knows how to look after people. The manager (lady) is very polite and always willing to make sure you get the best service. We have finished our experience with a lovely bottle of sparkling water while talking about overseas experiences. Thank you Jade

Very poor customer service. Staff is poorly trained and very arrogant. My recent experience was horrible. I even emailed the store manager and they assured me someone was going to call and I haven’t heard from anyone yet.

I had been to all the Sydneys SF store and their staffs were all very very nice with sense of professionalism but not the Chadstones one. Was trying to get a bag but happened to be the last one on display with scratches hence had asked if there will be a new one in stock if i order online.somehow got criticised by one of the staff telling me that " online and store were completely different production lines, how can i know what is the different even if you ask me", was very unprofessional with no respect paid to customers. Whereas when i was in Sydneys town hall store, i was only to purchase a 300 dollars belt and it happened that they had only got one so they kindly helped me to find our if the other store is having a completely new one. Ironically, sometimes that the "non luxury " brand, staffs tended to treat customers with professionalism and kindness; most importantly with RESPECT. However, there is another very nice girl who served me the other day with really good customer services!

The sales guy here wasn't pushy or judgy about the fact we couldn't afford the most expensive stuff. Walked out with a really nice 2 grand bag

Three stars purely because the staff a great. Otherwise its overpriced, womens shoes are not at all that good a quality at all. I can find you better quality shoes that won't cost you thousands and will last prices are just over the top. Mens collection is way better. The sitting area is the best thing in all the store.

Any store that doubles its prices overnight due to an affluent Chinese market has no.place in Australia. Example After shave was $105 now $350. Even the Chinese market has become reluctant to shop here given the pricing strategy. Insanity!

Staff was very helpful and accomodating. Im impressed from getting one size to another and one style to another.

If you love quality and great workmanship then Salvatore Ferragamo is a must visit.
I remember meeting one of the main Salvatore Ferragamo Italian shoe makers at Crown once, I saw him make a pair of shoes from start to finish, I felt honoured shaking the hand of a real art Craftsman.

Excellent customer service every time. They always get the products out very quickly and unlike some other luxury stores in Chadstone they don't have a queue. I was looked after quite well, and really happy with my purchase.

On Thursday I was served by a pushy saleswoman recently, when I thanked her for her time (no more than 5min) and said I would think about the product, her attitude changed instantly and stuffed the shoes back into the box.

Please retrain your staff to accept the fact not all customers that enters the store will purchase, especially with that sort of customer service.

Always have enjoyed exceptional service and the products just pop in their own right. Thanks to fantastic staff who generally always get it right and offer personal service and advice. One of my favourite brands! Thanks for the humbling apology!
