Saluministi reviews
60 I was very excited to come check out this place as I heard the Porchetta roll was amazing, I drove 1 hour to come check it out, I arrived at 12: 45 pm, I waited 10 minutes in line only to get a small shrug from the lady working behind the counter “sold out”
Not to mention the board wasn’t update with the sold out roll.
I’m sick of sandwich shops not able to to stock their produce correctly, they know the item is popular/blowing up, is it so hard to maybe stock a few extra? Terrible service
So I tried the polo which was dry and bland, would not recommend.
Over from London for a work trip. This great little spot is a godsend. Great fresh food, lovely pollo, crispy and warm, and plenty of rocket and peppers. Worth the short wait.
Great coffee! That's not all, this hole in the wall in Flinders Lane also makes an excellent porchetta panini (slow roasted pork in a hard crust bun). There's also a choice of crumbed pork, crumbed chicken or calamari if they run out of porchetta. The long queues here at lunchtime is proof that their porchetta panini (and others) are well worth the long wait!
Ps. If you don't like queuing, try going on a Monday as this is usually the quietest day.
You really can't go wrong with a porchetta roll, but every single menu item I've tried so far hasn't missed.
Very Tasty!
I don’t know why it’s taking so long for me to come here, I must’ve walked past hundreds of times… It’s always busy around lunchtime and I suppose that must’ve put me off but the line moves super quick and the services delightful:)
Opted for the Cotoletta. It’s a super tasty free range pork schnitzel crumbed beautifully with provolone cheese, mayo and slaw. The combination makes for a tasty sandwich.
I the service was great, they’re really organized here with lots of staff on each stage of the production line, no wonder the line moved so quickly.
My favorite was the lady who was yelling out your orders, great accent, very fun!
Do yourself a favor and don’t wait as long as me to try this place, delicious!
I got the porcetta with a coffee, very tasty and generous Panini. 21$ for both. No place to sit down, as its always busy and with a mood to take away. Anyway, 100% recommended.
This place always has a line at lunch. Go early.
All sandwiches are amazing but the one that everyone gets is the pork crackling one.
I generally am inspired by their special of the day and tend to go for that. Doesn't always hit the spot, but when it does, it's like a work of art.
My general go to if I want to play it safe is the pollo (chicken)
Super tasty and tender roast pork. Great sandwich and it's always busy! Not my kind of bread but the filling was fantastic.
My absolute FAVOURITE lunch spot. I've given up on taking lunch with on the few days I still go into the office and would rather support fantastic local businesses like this. The staff are friendly and the food is just perfect with the best gluten free panino and caprese around.
One of the best hole in the wall lunch spots in the city. Lovely staff, family run vibes. Pork cotoletta is unreal.
ORDERED:
? Prosciutto: Prosciutto Toscano DOP, fior di latte, rocket ($14.50)
REVIEW:
Simply made, you can taste every single ingredient.
It's a sandwich that focuses on high quality produce because there's nothing to hide behind. It's bloody delicious.
Prosciutto that's perfectly salty and fresh rocket which adds a bit of bitterness. Creamy fior di latte which carries all the taste through without overpowering the other flavours. Chef's kiss.
The minor issue is that their bread can be a bit hard at times. I'm talking hard enough to snap my permanent retainer wires in my teeth. However, top trick from my friend is to eat the bread upside down. It actually works.
Delicious coffee, friendly staff, fast service! Definitely recommend! Thank you for making my morning pleasant
I asked for a muesli fully expecting it to come in a cup…next moment it was brought out in a beautiful ceramic bowl and fresh fruits and honey on side
The muesli was also made in house which made the whole experience more magical.
Thank you all! You made my morning ️
Porchetta and cotoletta paninis were superb! I look forward to trying the rest of the menu, and maybe a sweet treat too
Saluministi is our "go to" for city coffees, great coffees and friendly & fast service (the perfect trifecta!). We often have property inspections in the city and need a quick latte fix - thanks!

Wow I’ve been following you guys on instagram since the pandemic and your food seemed so delicious now I had the opportunity to work near you I thought I give you a go. Let me tell you Wow your food is fresh and amazing. Your paninis, your caffee and your croissant with Nutella to die for. And on top of that you have an awesome team of hard working peoples Grazie a tutti God bless. Ciao a presto.
So you aren’t open on Saturdays. Cool. Maybe update your opening hours so you don’t waste peoples time.
The lady with glasses and blonde hair was extremely rude and unnecessarily snappy. I’m sure the rest of the teams fine but won’t look twice at this place.
Porchetta sandwiches here are AMAZING!
Their coffee is great too. Staff are always friendly.
Love this place. I go here when I am the city to get my coffee. Great selection of breads and fillings, sweet and savoury. Service is excellent.
