Saltwater Trading

Absolutely appalled… I have never seen such an unusual thing happen in my life.
My Mother was trying a dress on in the changing room today, & I watched one of the lady’s whom work there an had originally placed my mum in that change room, say “Are you finished”… while she opened the certain right up without waiting for a response.
My Mother who luckily had just put her dress over her head stood there shocked. As this lady continues to then rush her out of the change room because another lady needs it.
My Mother left the store feeling harassed.
Thank god my Mum had been decent, nevertheless this type of service/ treatment is not appreciated nor how you behave in retail customer service. A word to the wise you need to actually wait for a reply before you pull back a certain wide open so that all the customers can see the person inside. & don’t try an assist (guide someone out) of the change room. This is not even the basics of customer service. You would think service like this would not happen in a place like Sorrento, let alone anywhere. Such a bizarre experience will never come back to this store. You would expect more from a mature Woman working in retail.
A little respect and kindness goes along way, perhaps your staff need a refreshment course.
