Salts of the Earth

I don't do the Salts so much but visit as often as possible for Infrared Saunas which I love. I also love the staff (yes all of them) for just how friendly and helpful they are.

Absolutely love my weekly salt therapy sessions.
Andrew and his staff are very friendly, and they have great packages that make it more economical than just doing casual sessions.
My sleep is much better than before and I can really feel the benefits to my health.

I have going to Salts of the Earth Narre Warren South for a few months now, I wish I had started sooner. The venue is clean, calming and inviting. Andrew and Paul are so knowledgeable, professional and welcoming. I work very long hours and this my place of recharge & relaxation whilst proving my body & mind with a world of health benefits.
I am now taking my grandchildren with me & they absolutely love it and ask me ' when are going to Salts again'? While I feel enormous benefits in my body, the best by far is my improved sleep.

I have been coming to Salts of the Earth NWS since the day they opened. Initially for my hayfever, which I literally do not get anymore. There are so many other benefits too … I rarely get sick & it also makes a huge difference to headaches I experience. The salt sessions are 45mins of relaxation in my busy schedule (a great time out!). For maximum benefit I attend 3-4 times/wk. The staff are friendly & welcoming, and the centre offers so many other therapeutic services. I’m also a big fan of the infrared sauna! Highly recommend coming in to see how SOTE can help with your health & wellbeing.

Highly recommend. The salt therapy sessions have helped me keep my eczema and asthma under control. The friendly staff help you get the best out of each session and find the products that can assist you to further the care of your health at home.

Salts session are fantastic as each session helps me with my anxiety, and sinuses issues. Extremely worthwhile, and the staff are very friendly.

Have been attending Salts of the Earth Narre Warren since the day it opened. Previously attended another centre so have been going to salt sessions for over 8 years.
Salt therapy is wonderful for my asthma and some skin conditions.
I go at least 3 times a week and this helps the asthma greatly so I don't need medication as often anymore.
Staff are wonderful and care about the clients.
Try it. You will never know if it can help unless you give it a go.

I cannot recommend Salts of the Earth in Narre Warren South enough! I’ve been a member since conception and I have nothing but praise for Andrew and his team. Andrew has always gone above and beyond in accomodating my needs. He is a true professional with the upmost integrity. I initially joined to help ease my seasonal allergies, seasonal asthma and relieve acne flare ups. Overall, it’s fantastic for your general well being. Years later I have never felt nor looked better. Do yourself a favour and test out this hidden gem in Narre Warren South, you won’t be disappointed!

I would highly recommend Salts of the Earth in Narre Warren South. After 5 hospital visits with my 3-year-old asthma since March, I’ve been looking for any alternate therapy that would complement his current asthma plan – the halotherapy has worked wonders for our son and has also improved all our quality of life.

I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful.
My grandson has a severe eczema problem and since starting salt therapy it appears to be stable.
Both my grandson and granddaughter always had the sniffles. Since starting salt therapy all 3 of us have been less sniffly.
Looking forward to what continued salt therapy will bring about.

Great place for allergies, asthma, any skin condition and just for over all health benefits and relaxation. Well worth a try.

Amazing experience! Clean environment, relaxing atmosphere and super friendly staff. Was suffering a severe respiratory illness and just from one session I had amazing results, felt much clearer and had the best nights sleep that night in well over a week. Highly recommend this place: D

Has adult room family room has toys Netflix and kids chairs also private room for anyone with medical conditions, has disabled access and disabled parking close to shoo. Staff friendly and very helpful.

Love salts of the earth, they are fantastic and the staff are very friendly and it’s always clean and it’s definitely helped with my psoriasis and I’ve been bringing my 8yr old son there and it’s helped him with his coughing that he had for over a month, they are fantastic and highly recommend them to anyone

As soon as you walk through the door and into the immaculate reception area at Narre Warren South, the staff and surroundings make you feel at ease. Salt Therapy is hands down one of the most relaxing therapies you can do and is worth every penny! If you are suffering from a respiratory or skin condition, I highly recommend you go onto a plan; it will not disappoint. You will sleep like a log after a session!
