Best lady doing my tan didn’t make me feel nervous or shy at all and to be fair she was so nice that i didn’t care to be naked in front of her.saltair have the nicest employees who generally care about the wellbeing of there clients

Very friendly, calm and welcoming staff. Pregnanacy massage felt amazing. My only suggestion would be to have slightly more dim lighting in the massage room and relaxation lounge, but that's only my preference.

To be brutally honest, I walked out feeling like I hadn’t had a massage. It was meant to be a deep tissue massage which I was really looking forward too as I don’t get to have massages very often due to always having bubs with me. At the beginning of the massage we spoke about working on a specific area with a firm pressure, but she pretty much just rubbed my whole back up and down and push on what she thought was pressure points here and there but weren’t actually pressure points. Maybe she was new to the industry and needs some more training and I get everyone had to start somewhere but for the money I spent I walked away disappointed and I’d hate for someone else to have the same experience. I’m not normally one to complain or right reviews but I felt this needed it.

So lovely and relaxing from the moment we walked in! We were welcomed and felt at home straight Away, lovely foot scrub and massage with Liv, enough talk at the beginning to make me feel comfortable and then silence as I was able to relax. Would definitely recommend!

Well, this was a surprise! I’ve wondered why on earth anyone would go to relax so close to a busy road. Actually, the building is set well back, there’s no traffic noise and the decor is suitably tranquil and soothing. I left pressure and other decisions to my masseuse Amy. I’ve booked again - clearly the best recommendation. Thank you to all who made this such a fun experience.

I haven't been to the Health Spa before but couldn't rate highly enough. All the girls were very welcoming. My experience was 2.5 hours of bliss! Thank you Tyra, I will be back.
