9My family have been attending the Salts rooms for seven years originally as a result of me contracting Bronchitis. Come winter time the usual cold and flu were impacting us like so many people. The effect has been amazing for the family and as a result we attend Salts religiously at the start of winter as a maintainence program. We have never had a cold, flu or bronchitis in that time
Extremely helpful and friendly service! A very relaxing, therapeutic treatment that left me feeling much improved (chest infection) after my sessions:)
The family room is great. My 3.5 yr old daughter loved it, she was able to watch peppa pig and play with toys. Her cough that she'd had for a month healed after 3 sessions!
I’ve had a few salt therapy sessions and I always leave feeling like I have “more space” to breathe. It unblocks and clears airways. Perfect for when you’re suffering from hay fever allergies or blocked sinus. Plus and Paul and Pauline are such amazing humans and truly care about health and well-being ️
My kids and I love coming into the salt room. It's super relaxing and we sleep and feel better after every session. If you are considering going in then definitely do it. You won't regret it.
Salt therapy has helped both my children over the last 5 years. It is our go to treatment for anything respiratory & sinus related as it has always resulted in recovery without conventional medicines. The sessions also provide me with some precious relaxation time and I often meet other beautiful families there. The staff are lovely and accommodating and in an ideal world, I would be heading to the salt room daily.
The team at salt wellness rooms is fantastic with great customer service and friendly staff. Doing 3 sessions weekly help both my sleep, asthma and eczema. Also encourage parents to bring there children, since it’s helped my 8 month old sleep.

Great therapy and customer service! I have been doing sessions to get over a bad cold that didn’t seem to go. My congestion is gone and I can breathe better! I have been sleeping better now also. I am extremely happy with the team there they make you feel comfortable and offer a great friendly service. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough
