Don't eat here they can't read a note with information about our don't even put all food in bag missing chips didn't even bother to put salt on 1 I got which was hard empty send all wrong sauces and food was so cold like it been sitting there for hours they don't even answer there phone or reply to message don't waste ur money or time

The chicken quesadillas taste is not quite up there when compared with other Salsa joints.

Our original order was slightly mucked up however, Josh (who I believe may be the manager) went above a beyond for us, and had really great customer service. He was super accommodating and friendly. We have been customers here for a long time and will continue to support. Thanks Josh!

Got a fish burrito part of the the plastic packaging for the sauce was inside the burrito, didn’t notice till I took a bite.

What happened to Salsas? Why didn't I read the reviews first.

This place should be killing it post COVID. Not much competition for food in the plaza. The fact it was quiet should have told me something.

Burrito bowl was very disappointing. Morsels of overcooked chicken, sauce and rice. No flavour.

Staff were pleasant enough. Good service. Seems like it's management choice to cut did costs by reducing quality.

Bowls used to be awesome. Haven't had it for a while. Probably won't be back.

The steak burrito is fantastic and my missus loves the chicken quesadilla. Not sure why it's rated so low, staff are super friendly too

Floor was an absolute mess. I’ve worked in fast food so I understand there are busy periods and it’s impossible to clean during them but like…. It was genuinely disgusting have some sort of standards PLEASE

Very sad that i am here writing this.burritos were my favorite food, and as a vegetarian it was nice to always have my go to burrito, the mini black bean.unfortunately on not one, BUT TWO times my vegetarian burrito has had beef mince in it.first time the service was very nice and understanding, but today it was like a huge slap in the face.i politely said that it was the second offense.instead of them apologizing they took it off me, made me a new one then said “have a good night” then stormed off.very strange as they were the ones to stuff up MY order.i just wanted my beans bruh.

I ordered a avocado and chicken bowl the chicken was burnt and about 5 pieces very disappointed

Hard tacos. It's all I asked for. They are so lazy they put everything in the taco lettuce, tomato etc first while they cook the meat, then dump the meat on top! I asked, was told "this is how we do it" Why? The meat is on the bottom because it softens the hard shell so it doesn't disintegrate on first bite, and the neat doesnt fall out. I didnt ask for z lettice taco with a meat garnish. Stop saying your selling quality Mexican food if you dont even know how to make it properly. Meat everywhere but my mouth. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Ordered through Deliveroo, and for an hour said it was being prepared. Spoke to an agent who tried to contact Salsa’s business number, to which they didnt even pick up. Useless.

Really fantastic customer service from Caleb. Asked about vegan products, ordered it in a meal and he made sure to tell me the chip seasoning isn’t vegan. Really appreciate the courtesy! Food from here is always good- thank you

Did not leave much of an impression, not even a 'crinkle'.
Presentation in the bowl was terrible, Looks like it was slapped together and then sauce put on to cover the disaster.
Chips were cold, but didn't have any issues swapping them over for fresh ones. They also remembered my name and called it out once it was ready - nice.
Burrito was also good, however I thought lacked meat.

I payed $13 for Mex Beef bowl but it feels like i’m having lettuce and rice. Even rice wasn’t cook properly. However staff was friendly. Please think twice before having salsa’s

Absolutely love the flavours of the healthy food at Salsas. Plus I get money off my order often as I've clocked up points on my salsa card & it's only me ordering. And a free Burritto on your birthday. Soo good.

My favourite place to go when hungover, even though I live 40 minutes away. The holy guac nachos have saved me too many times to count. I am obsessed

Whilst the food was decent, the wait times were unaccounted for. We were told a 5 minute wait for a relatively small order, despite zero queues (I presume there may have been uber eats orders?). We waited for at least 10 minutes though it seemed like more. There was no apology for the delay either and the young lady with fake eyelashes seemed to be batting her eyes at my husband who was holding our 2 month old baby. Not impressed.

Had to wait ages for a cold burrito which didn't have the jalapenos my husband ordered, and nachos which were lucky to have a teaspoon of cheese across it. Absolutely dreadful.
