Salsas Fresh Mex

They are doing something wrong here. Every time this place makes you wait at least 20 mins. People waiting, getting annoyed. None of the staff care. Very disappointing. No more for me. Guzman y Gomez is 50 meters away.

Rude staff, i was there to order and they were laughing and trying to ignore me.

Pathetic service. They served meats for a vegetarian order. The girl was sarcastically apologized and blamed it simple on her other team mate saying that he has made the food. Will never go to this place again. Hopeless.

Waited over 20 minutes for two burritos, people who ordered after us getting there order first.would’ve been done in 5 minutes at guzman y gomez

Poor tasting food. Soggy nachos which looked nothing like the picture and had basically no salsa. Chips way over-seasoned and soggy too.

Only giving 2 stars because they kindly listened to food order request of free sauce.

Absolutely the worst burrito I’ve ever had! I used to come hear years ago and I can tell you, the standards have definitely dropped. I always ordered the Baja Steak, this time the held the steak! All I had was a burrito full of rice and stuff all meat! Over priced rice rolls.

Food is great but service is slow. Also annoys me that other people's food are served quicker than mine but I was before them. Always happens there.

Not happy. Got my order wrong even though I clearly stated I would like boxes of mexicrinkles. I waited a solid 20 minutes for 3 puny buckets of mexicrinkles.

I ordered my salad without guac. Saw the girl put it on and then realise and scrape it off. Lucky for her I'm just fussy, and don't like it, as there was residue left on some steak. If I was allergic there would of been a huge issue.

Love Salsa's. It can get fairly busy but that is to be expected for a shop like this in a food court.

Im from the states and i love me some good tex mex meals now for most ppl that think its the same as mexican it isnt its mexican with a texas (american) twist mixed in there this place does it right killer burritos and good fries!

Abouslty appalling expernice, the four young female staff would rather chat away and let you wast our time reading the menu. As soon as your ready to order and head to the counter, they run away and turn off the front lights. I had to go around to the side and yell out to find out why they had all gone and hide away in the back kitchen. It really is a shame, was trying to purchase for my friends and myself, however i believe a company that has service like that doesn't deserve our money.
Once ordering from another store we decided to walk around to see that they had turned their lights back on and were all out the front having a good old chat and eating away.
I think the worse part of this is, while we were sitting and eating our food from another company we saw the exact same thing happen to another potential customers that did not look impressed.
To the manager I would highly recommend doing some training with your staff or hiring people who know what customer service is.

It really is a shame as we have never gone to this company and nor will we ever go back.

Love Salsa's especially since they changed back to the thinner corn chips, they don't break your teeth anymore!

Great burritos amd bowls.tried spicy chicken one. Definitely will keep it in my food options when m around.

Awesome food, could eat 1 million burritos.sometimes there is a wait, but the service is always good.

Two weeks in a row this has been our go to spot. Yummy food every time. Well 2 out of 2 that is.

Really disappointed. I ordered a Brito bowel with guacamole but when I open it no guacamole at all. GYG is better than this.

Waited for chips for half an hour and people order 10 numbers later than us get their food much earlier.

I regularly order my burritos without any dairy and they always put sourcream in my burritos even when I've asked for it to be removed, They don't take dietry and allergy requirements/requests seriously here at all.

The ladies preparing the food were throwing it around! For a $9 nachos, cheese wasn’t even melted and the girl tried to hide it under and bury it with sour cream.
