Oh my God!
I have never experienced this bad hair salon in my life.
After the hair dresser applied hair dye on my hair, I was left for over an hour.
I was getting cold and dizzy.
I asked the hairdresser if there’s a toilet.
She told me to walk to the other side of shopping centre.
I said no because I couldn’t bear walking with wet dyed hair and dirty forehead and cheeks.
Never never never go back!

Pracilla knew I was a bit nervous because I Had a bad experience at another salon a while ago that left my hair pretty fragile. She was so friendly & caring. She done a wonderful job. Very happy with my folis & cut

Priscilla is a goddess, she has restored my faith in hairdressers fixing a bad haircut i got elsewhere, she was caring took her time and talked me through everything she was doing. I couldnt be happier

I just want to say I am amazed! Salon 7 in Leopold Plaza is under new management and I went there for the first time today. The new manager did my hair and she did such an incredible job, I am blown away! I went from a orangey blonde to a nice clean platinum blonde with a shadow root. The new manager Priscilla did my hair, and she is so amazing! All the ladies there are so lovely, kind, talented and make you feel very comfortable. I highly highly recommend to anybody in the leopold area, or anybody looking for a new hairdresser.

These past negative reviews are absolutely nothing to what the salon is like today! They are incredible, I’ll CERTAINLY be back

First time customer and WOW, as long as Priscilla is there I will be a lifelong customer from here on in. Not only did she squeeze me into her day last minute the end results are the best i've ever had. Foils and a cut which can always be scary going somewhere new but she nailed it. Im so happy I ended up here and had the experience I did today. True, genuine caring team. I give all the stars! See you again soon.

Will not return after new management take over. Lisa and Simone were amazing. New staff did not tell me they had left, tried to lie. Very deceitful company.

I had a lovely experience! I walked in to book a cut and they saw me straight away which was amazing.
The new manager was a delight and the the vibe was very fun and welcoming. I even got a hug at the end! I've found my new hair salon! Thanks guys!

Did not give me the haircut I wanted. Communication issues. Felt very uncomfortable in the salon. The haircut was blunt and not thinned out at all. Walked out of the salon crying. Would not recommend. I really do hope they work on their communication a bit more

Staff really listen to what you want and are great with their professional advice. Always friendly and professional.

Cancelled appointment last minute, rebooked for the next day and they called me back to even cancel the second appointment.
Not customer orientated at all. I wasted 4 weeks waiting for this appointment, very disappointing as my birthday is coming up. Lucky got a better salon to get my hair done tomorrow.

Worst experience I’ve ever had ‍, I booked an appointment for eyebrows threading as usual but I am waited for that 2 weeks and finally the day is today, I am surprised that woman who doing threading not there and they told me we called you about that but you didn’t respond! I didn’t receive the call actually! So I tried the waxing for first time and it will be the last time. She did the worst eyebrows waxing I’ve ever seen! It is terrible my eyebrows was absolutely amazing before that. I feel so bad, I even was so impressed to go outside with that eyebrows! Now I have to put makeup all the time until the hair grow up

Have finally found a great hair salon with awesome & professional hairdressers! Won't have anyone but Lisa now to cut and colour my hair. Love the friendly atmosphere in the salon too. Thanks again and keep up the amazing work
